One major typo that I caught:
"Doesn't" is missing. I think there might be a few smaller ones as well.

... while that is a nice moment, the prose was a bit janky there—I’m not sure ‘the siren’ works so well there, since it could refer to either of them, so I’d probably find some other way to duck around repeating Adagio’s name.

No, that's a terrible idea when cooking, that's how beans end up on the floor!
I've always liked the image of Adagio cooking. It seems strange to me that someone so determined to be in charge wouldn't be able to take care of herself in that most basic of ways.
Adagio teasing Aria was good fun here, too, and I'll just look past the face-caving-in thing
I also like the thought that Sonata getting closer to the Rainbooms, and learning from them, pushes Aria to get closer to Adagio

It's a drink, generally ranging from 45-75% ABV, so it makes vodka and other common spirits look watery by comparison. It has a reputation for being dangerous and gothic, mostly because it used to contain certain things which would now be considered very illegal drugs (but then again, so did Coca Cola). It's fine in moderation - one shot of it is no worse than two of vodka - but if you drink a lot of it quickly then you may end up more drunk than you expected.
