I don't think vampire RD has been done before, but now I can't get enough.
Pretty good chapter. The only confusing part was that you did not explain how Applejack or Rarity appeared in the library. There they originally there, did they come with Fluttershy/Pinkie/RD, or did they come in while Twi was punching/talking with RD? As it is, they just start talking as if they had been there the whole time.
I loved the ending of the chapter; poor RD ... her reputation has been ruined.
