Stories like this I don't usually review,
But in this case, it seemed like the thing to do.
This verse about one young unicorn's doubt,
And joy she felt when the truth she found out
is truly an epic tale, one of the best.
It made me laugh and brought warmth to my chest.
And I was truly surprised when the twist arrived
(Though some of the rhymes were a bit contrived.)
After this I will most certainly be reading more of your work.
I can't think of any more rhymes, so for now I'll just say: DERP!

Yeah, I know a lot of them are contrived. Being my first real effort at rhyming, I discovered a lot of words (particualrly Santa and Hooves) are pretty difficult to rhyme. Everyone out there who knows how to write poetry can justifiably rip this apart, and I absoutely accept that.

Rest assured, I absolutely did not mean that as a criticism. In fact, that's one of the things I found most amusing. And I realize how difficult rhyming can be. Hell, I had enough trouble with just ten lines, I could never write something as long as you did.

Oh wow that was a fun little tale. I would give so much to see this put to animation. And those reindeer names! That had me laughing. Seriously, I plan to take animation course just so I can animate half the fics I have read, even if it takes YEARS.

Twilight's skepticism (with an actual justification, for once!), her friends' attempts to change her mind, Carrot Top earning a temporary spot as Best Background Pony, the twist, obviously, Twilight helping to deliver the presents...all dawww-inducing holiday awesomeness.

I love this explanation. Literally, Celestia is god, of course. Symbolically, there is no better explanation to a kid than that their parents are their own Santa Claus. Technicaly, it's true.
