If it wasn't obvious, this story was inspired by a hilarious character portrayed by Jim Carrey. I thought it would be fun to have a wacky character like him roaming Equestria. Well, fun for me at least. Hahaha! I hope you all enjoy!

I... I could literally hear every word he spoke. From the verbal tics to the ridiculously complicated scenarios, he was perfect. IMHO, the 4th wall breaking intro was... kind of distracting. Like, it didn't really serve a purpose. You could have easily cut it out and the story would not have suffered. Unless of course you did it to make the length requirements.
Either way, this was a fun little read. Good work! This fic gets two snaps up!

Having no prior knowledge of this character, and judging the story solely on its own merits, I'm struggling to find more entertainment than irritation. Bill's little stunt with the "flour" would have been far more effective if he instead used it to demonstrate the danger of dust fires: accidentally drop a bag of flour, cloud of flour drifts into stove/oven pilot light, big FWOOSH ensues.
