Sometimes, I remember it one way. Sometimes, another. If I am going to have a past, then I prefer it to be multiple choice.

Before time began, there was the Cube. We know not where it comes from, only that it holds the power to create worlds and fill them with life. That was how our race was born. For a time, we lived in harmony, but like all great power, some wanted it for good, others for evil. And so began the war - a war that ravaged our planet until it was consumed by death, and the Cube was lost to the far reaches of space. We scattered across the galaxy, hoping to find it and rebuild our home, searching every star, every world. And just when all hope seemed lost, message of a new discovery drew us to an unknown planet called... EQUESTRIA.

But we were already too late...

In terms of MLP continuity, the story takes place before, during, and after the events in the episode, The Lost Treasure of Griffonstone.

In terms of Transformers continuity, even though it is unrelated to any of the universes, it does borrow elements from several timelines (most importantly, the Aligned continuity).

Also, both MLP and Transformers are owned by Hasbro.

Glad you've enjoyed it so far.

you kidding me? I'm a big fan of transformers

Well, duh!

Your name is clearly inspired by an extremely popular Autobot whose solo film finally brought some dignity to the franchise on the big screen.

Great work on this chapter. But what could Decepticons be looking for?

The same thing they were looking for in the first live-action movie.

A story with the title of a great song and the chapters being named after said song's lyrics. My dreams have officially come true.

RIP Chester Bennington.

Nice way to start a story with a bang!

Well, if there is one useful thing I learned from watching Michael Bay movies is that audiences instantly get hooked on a story with a good amount of destruction in the beginning.

I use the designs from the videogame Transformers: War for Cybertron.

It takes place during the final chapters of the great civil war between Autobots and Decepticons, and before both sides travel to Earth.

Basically, this is what Optimus looks like before he scans a semi truck on Earth and since there are no cars or trucks in Equestria, I thought it would be best to use these designs for the story.

Also, would you instead prefer this design from the sequel game Transformers: Fall of Cybertron?

So, which design do you like more?

The one from WFC or the one from FOC?

the Cube

As in the Cosmic Cube? I wasn't aware this was a Marvel Comics crossover.

Looks we'll have to also protect it from Thanos as well.

Don't know the guy you have voicing Rachet but to me the guy that played Weyoun is theperfect fit.

You might recognize Fred Tatasciore from these roles:

- Mario Auditore in Assassin’s Creed II
- Bane, Solomon Grundy, and Swamp Thing in Injustice games
- The Incredible Hulk in The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and Hulk vs. Wolverine
- Cable in the Deadpool videogame

Also, while I do think that the guy you mentioned is the perfect Ratchet voice, I’m planning to utilize him in another story.

Hmmm, I think I just found a great pitch for the next Death Battle:

Doesn't help sorry. Never played those games.

Looks like I’ll be using Weyoun’s voice for this story as well.

At last, there is hope, after all.

Okay, here is another potentially good voice actor for Ratchet:

Garry Chalk (the voice of Prince Rutherford in MLP and Optimus Primal in Beast Wars)

What do you think?

I’ll use HIS voice, then.

Side Note: The next chapter will be released on May 26 and will feature an awesome fight scene.

Viewing from the front page, this seems like a brilliant investment. Plus, I can sing as chapters are released so...

Thank you for your appreciation of my hard work. It really means a lot.

Fun Fact: I originally planned to release this chapter on May 26, but then decided to add some additional stuff to it.

Sorry for the delay.

I had a lot on my plate lately.

Well, you're doing g better than the first few chapters. Keep going.
