A young colt named Blazing Blitz loves to play duel monsters goes to Ponyville to asks the main 6 to help him figure out the secrets of his Millennium puzzle. But his older sister gets kidnapped and a pony named Dueling Striker and he forces Blaze to go to his tournament to save his sister.

Not bad, but I would recommend including the levels of each monster played. I also had a bit of trouble following the duel proper in this chapter.
Also, here are the effect and play errors you made:
1. You can't use Flute of Summoning Dragons without having Lord of D. on the field. Even then, the dragons you want to summon have to be in your hand, not your deck.
2. Red-eyes and Blue-eyes are both too high-level to be summoned without a sacrifice.
Other than that, my only other question is why you started both of them off with 2000 instead of 4 or 8000?

Also I did 2000 Life points because that's how they start off in season 1 so I'm going on and when I think about it I will change the life points.

"Yes, and...?" Yami Bakura raised an eyebrow.
"Erm...well...his hair is less outrageous than Yugi's, I suppose," Marik said.
"Seriously, what is up with Yugi's hair?" Yami Bakura asked.
"What's up with your hair, Bakura?" Marik asked back. "You perpetually look like you just got out of bed."
"L'Oreal, because I'm worth it," Yami Bakura answered. "I think LittleKuriboh did that joke already."
"Hooray for stealing!" Marik cheered.
"And thus ends our little skit," Yami Bakura said.

Nice chapter, I do tho really want to see Spike duel and have him be damn good at it honestly. I feel that everyone overlooks Spike or doesn't pay attention to him. I think that would be there mistake. He would have the most time to study and know all the strategies but unlike Twilight would would relay solely on that. Spike is would also have the instinct to just go with the flow. I would hate to see him put off in to the side characters. He isn't a Tristan that is for sure. I just worry that Blaze will win too much like really all the main stars of Yugioh does. I mean what is the fun when they win 98% of their matches and the one time they lose it shatters their worlds. SOMETIME you lose no matter how good or Tier 0 your deck is you sometimes luck just isn't on your side and if magic can change that than you are CHEATING lol.

Well what cards do you need to know about? How about time wizard and baby dragon if you get it right your opponents monsters lose attack and defense points and baby dragon becomes thousand dragon or red eyes black metal dragon to summon it you need red eyes black dragon and a metal morph trap card or blue flame swords man when destroyed you can summon the original flame swords man to the field or claw of hermos when fused with rocket warrior it forms rocket hermos cannon, when fused with red eyes black dragon it forms red eyes black dragon sword. that all i can think of and yes i know those are all just jeoy wellers moves but i would like to see a character based off of him.

Sadly Spike usually gets left out(or not even get to duel at all) in YGO fics.
The fics where he does either have him ultimately end up in the "chosen ones" shadows(due to being a side character) and/or ultimately get taken out(and need someone to save him. You know.. like how in YGO stuff, many duelists not the protagonist gets "temporarily killed off" or something for the stakes the bad guys poses and such) or even ends up losing alot. Or said fics end up being left unfinished(I found 3 or so cool fics where Spike is the protag but sadly those fics are left hanging). Even then there's not much fics of Spike getting to duel.

Oh good dont worry dude take your time, but if can i make a sugestion? give more importance to spike, there is another yugioh cross mlp fic where Spike is a good character but it is the only story where if he is well managed, hopefully you can give more relevance to that dragon in the future

Oh, those.
Eh.. from what i read from the tropes, it felt like it followed the issues on how Spike is handled usually in YGO crossover fics..
Like how Spike is ultimately in the shadows of others and ultimately lose and such.
Heck, his first appearance is he loses to Garble(FREAKING GARBLE) and loses his deck to him and needs Flash to get it back. That really left a dark mark on Spike's image that.
I know he has some moments but sadly according to what I saw so far, its like he's ultimately in the shadows of others and taken out.
And hurts that apparently he's not much in the 4th(most likely final) fic, meaning he's ultimately left out/in the others' shadows.
It hurts that there's not much fics where Spike gets to duel(especially in EGQ ones where its due to he's stuck as a damn dog) and sadly in the one that do, he is either ultimately taken out/loses(I mean like in serious stuff and needs someone to rescue him) and ends up in the shadows of others due to he's not a "chosen one" or the fics that do have him duel and not be in others' shadows ends up unfinished(3 so far and all of them actually have him be the main protag there).
I wonder if this story will continue
