A young pony find a Millennium Item and has to save equestria by playing Duel Monsters
A young colt named Blazing Blitz loves to play duel monsters goes to Ponyville to asks the main 6 to help him figure out the secrets of his Millennium puzzle. But his older sister gets kidnapped and a pony named Dueling Striker and he forces Blaze to go to his tournament to save his sister.
Duel Monsters is a fun card game for foals and grown ups. The way some of us duel describes who we are. It was created along time ago back when the pyramids were young. But an evil duelist wanted to take the kings throne and challenged him to a duel with the Millennium Items. The brave king was able to banish the evil duelist and separated the Millennium items. Since then Duel Monsters was not played 'til over 3000 years later a pony made the Duel Monsters game. And to this day the evil duelists were never seen.
Ponyville Train Station
The train was making a stop at Ponyville and the passengers got out including a 13 year unicorn colt with brown hair, brown eyes, and red coat with a pyramid amulet on his neck. He walked out of the train station and looked at Ponyville.
"So this is Ponyville?" The colt said looking around the place, "Seems nice." The colt walked through the stands and saw a lot of ponies. He walked to a fountain and found town hall. The colt went into the building nd talked to the pony on the desk. The pony looked at the colt, "Can I help you?" she asked in a polite tone. The colt nodded, "I want to know where the Ponyville Library is?" He asked the mare. (FYI this took place before the library was destroyed.)
The mare smiled, "Ok, your new to Ponyville right?" The colt smiled back, "If I wasn't I would ask that question." The mare gave him the direction to the library and he thanked her and left. He walked half way there 'til he notice a Duel Monster stand. He walked up to it and had a look. "Would you like to buy some cards son?" The stallion asked the colt. The colt shook his head, "No thanks I already have a deck." Then he heard someone crying and left the stand to find the noise.
He found a filly with red hair and yellow coat about his age crying holding a deck of Duel Monster cards. The colt walked up to the filly and asked, "Why are you crying?" The filly looked at him, "My favorite Duel Monsters card was taken from me." she said. The colt didn't look happy and grabbed his backpack and gave her a tissue. "Who took your card?" he asked the filly. She pointed at two other fillies one with pink coat and purple and white main and the other was grey coated with white hair with glasses laughing about the card.
The colt walked up to the two and they saw him coming. The pink one chuckled, "Hey look Silver Spoon another blank flank." The grey one know as silver spoon giggled, "Yeah Diamond Tiara someone new to make fun of." The colt gave the fillies with a dark stare, "You two are no good thieves." he said to the fillies. The two gasped at what he said making the ponies nearby watch. Diamond Tiara was mad, "How dare you call us thieves. We didn't take anything." The colt walked up to them as they backed up. "I know you two took a Duel Monster card from that filly over there." The two fillies look at the other filly then back at the colt.
"And you believe her?" Silver Spoon said. "How do you know she isn't lying?" The colt used his magic to take the card from the fillies and gave it to the filly. "I believe this is yours." he said with a smile. The filly smiled and hugged the colt thanking him. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon are now mad. "You little blank flank. You dare take something from us?" The colt turned back to the fillies. "It wasn't your to begin with." he said with a grin, "You two have no right taking someone else's card."
Diamond Tiara had enough, "What is your name Blank flank?" "My name is Blazing Blitz, my friends call me Blaze." The colt answered. The filly grabbed her deck and pointed at Blaze. "I challenge you to a duel, winner takes one of the other person card. Deal." Blaze had enough of the fillies words and nodded. A pony heard about the challenge and pressed a button making a holographic dueling arena appear. Diamond Tiara and Blaze stepped on the desks.
"We each start with 2000 Life points first one to make it to zero loses," Diamond tiara told Blaze, "Ready to play blank flank. "Playtime is over!" Blaze said. Then a bright light appeared, Yu-Gi-Oh!" Blaze yelled as his voice was getting deeper. When the light faded Blaze was now taller had longer hair and red eyes. Diamond Tiara was shocked, "What? How did?" Everyone was shocked from seeing colt one second then a 16 year old stallion the next. "Now Diamond Tiara," Blaze said with a deeper determined voice, "Prepare yourself because it's time to duel."
Earlier at the Ponyville Library
Twilight Sparkle watched her friends Rainbow dash and Applejack dueling each other. watching with her are Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie pie, and Spike. Spike leaned his head on Rarity's shoulder and hoping for a reaction. Rainbow Dash and apple jack were neck to neck at the duel both at 500 Life points.
"Ok Applejack," Rainbow said to the orange pony, "Try this one for size." Rainbow put down "Sonic Warrior" with 1000 attack damage. Applejack smiled and put down "Bujingi Ophidian" with 1700 attack. Rainbow was shocked, "What?! Aw man." Twilight and the other cheered for Applejack congratulating her. "Great Job Applejack." Twilight said to her friend. "You did good to Rainbow." Rainbow chuckled, " Next time I will beat you AJ." Spike grabbed his Deck of Duel Monster cards and right as he was about to ask one of his friends to duel him, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo ran to them.
"Have any of you seen AppleBloom?" Scootaloo asked the Main 6. They all said no and that made Applejack worried. "She was supposed to meet us at the club house to practice dueling but she never showed up." Sweetie Belle told them. Spike then raised his hand, "Last time I saw her was at the Duel Monster's stand. So lets start there." The others agreed and walked to the stand. As they went closer to the stand they noticed that a lot of ponies were gathered up at the Duel Arena.
The main 6, Spike, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo went to the front of the crowd and saw Daimond Tiara looking at Blaze. They also saw AppleBloom standing near the desk. They were about to walk to here until there was a glow of light, "Yu-Gi-Oh!" They heard the colt scream. When the light faded they saw that the colt was now a 16 year old stallion. "Now Diamond Tiara. Prepare yourself because it time to duel." The group of friends were shocked at the scene.
"I'll go first." Diamond Tiara said, "I summon "Speedroid Horse Stilts" with 1100 attack." Then A horse with stilts appeared. "Your move," The filly smiled. Blaze chuckled as he drew a card, "I summon "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress" with 1400 attack." A blue dragon with wings appeared. "I attack you monster." Blaze yelled at his dragon attack the horse making diamond lose 200 Life Points making her at 1800. "Not bad move blank flank," Diamond said as she draw a card from her deck. "I summon "Bujin Yamato" with 1800 attack." The monster appeared on the arena. "Attack my monster." The filly command the monster as it attack Blaze's Winged dragon making him lose 400 Life points. He is now at 1600 Life Points.
Diamond tiara grinned, "Try to beat this one blank flank." Blaze drew a card from his deck and smiled, " I summon "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" with 2400 attack." The A black red eyed dragon appeared at the scene. Diamonds eyes opened wide, "No Way!" The main 6 was surprised as well. A Red-Eyes Black dragon is a rare card to find. "Attack Red-Eyes." Blaze said to the dragon as it attack diamond's monster. Making her lose 600 Life Points, she is at 1200 Life points. Diamond Tiara is still shock, "A Red-Eyes Black Dragon impossible.." She looked at Blaze with a mad look.
She drew a card from her deck, "Listen here blank flank." She talked to Blaze, "Nobody beats Diamond Tiara." She looked at her card and smiled, "Your doomed now, I summon "Cosmo Queen" with 2900 attack." Then the cosmo queen appeared and attack Blaze's red-eyes making him lose 500 Life points. Blaze is now at 1100 Life points. "I can tell you right now there is no card in your deck that can beat cosmo queen." Diamond said to Blaze, "How about you just give up and not waste time." Blaze drew a card from his deck and smiled, You'd want that don't you Tiara?" The pinked filly looked confused, "What?"
"You want me to quit so you can prove your better then the others, but you don't bring your heart into the game." Blaze said to Tiara, "That's why you will lose." Diamond had enough nonsenses, "Just pull your pathetic card and this duel will be over." Diamond yelled. "Blaze smiled, "Ok "The Flute of Summoning Dragon" this spell card allows me to call any dragon card from my desk, and I call," Blaze reveals the card, "The Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" Diamond was shocked, "NO IMPOSSIBLE!!!" The Blue-Eyes White Dragon Appeared at the arena and attack Diamond's Cosmo Queen making her lose 100 life pointes, now she is at 1100 Life Points.
Everypony is now shock at what they saw. Even Diamond Tiara is shaking. "What's wrong diamond tiara?" Blaze asked the shocked filly, "It's your move." Diamond drew a card and looked at her deck realizing that she had no cards powerful enough to destroy Blaze's Dragon. Diamond then sighed, "I surrender. You Win." The crowd cheered for Blaze congratulating him for his victory. Blaze then turned back to a young 13-year old colt again. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon left while the main 6 was shocked at the Duel they saw.
"Who is the colt?" Rainbow asked Twilight. Twilight looked at Blaze as he was being congratulated. "I think we will find out soon Rainbow. Really soon."
Blazing Blitz beat Diamond Tiara in the duel and the whole crowd that watched them are celebrating him for his win. Blaze smiled happy that he taught Diamond a lesson. He knew the crowd thought Diamond Tiara won't bother him again but he wasn't convinced. Before Diamond left he saw the look on Diamond's face, she was sad but the look in her eyes meant that she wasn't defeated yet. Blaze then saw the main 6, Spike, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo staring at him some with a shocked look, the others wanted to know what happened to him.
Blaze then walked past the crowd until he saw stopped by the stallion that is running the Duel Monsters Stand holding a deck of cards. "You really put a lot of fate into winning the duel young one," He said to Blaze. Blaze smiled, "Like my sister always said "If you put in a lot of faith into your deck, there is no way you can lose." The older stallion nodded and showed Blaze the deck he was holding, "Here, take them free of charge." Blaze shaking his head, "Like I said no thanks, I can't accept them. "I insist." The stallion said to Blaze as he gave him the deck, "I think you will be pleased."
Blaze looked at the deck the stallion gave him and when he was about to say no, the stallion disappeared. Blaze looked around for the stallion as the crowd separated but couldn't find him. He then put the new deck of cards in his backpack and continue walking to the library. Blaze started to wonder why the stallion gave him the deck for a minute until he was stopped by the filly he helped earlier. "Thanks for the help." She said. "If it weren't for you Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon could of stole my favorite card."
"You are very welcome miss?" Blaze said but he didn't knew her name. "Oh, My name is Apple Bloom," the filly introduced herself. "Apple Bloom," Blaze thought for a moment, "Nice name." That made Apple Bloom blush, "Thanks." Blaze then thought of something, "Hey I didn't get to look at your favorite card." Apple Bloom then realized it as well, "Wanna see it?" she asked as he nodded. She revealed it to be "Dark Magician Girl" level 6 with attack power 2000 and defense at 1700.
Blaze nodded his head, "Nice choice, that is also my older sister's favorite card." he and Apple Bloom laughed. "What's your favorite card?" Apple Bloom asked. Blaze grabbed a card from his deck. "My favorite card is this 'Blaster, Dragon Ruler Of Infernos' level 7 attack 2800 and defense 1800." Apple Bloom looked amazed. "I've never seen that card before." she said. "Well see, my sister owns a game shop in Canterlot and I get my best cards from her." Blaze told the filly. Apple Bloom is amazed about it. "Oh," Blaze remembered, "My name is..." "Blazing Blitz?" Apple Bloom asked. Blaze nodded, "You heard me from earlier, didn't you?" The yellow filly nodded.
Then the main 6, cmc, and spike walked up to them. Blaze and Apple Bloom watched them walk closer to them but Blaze didn't like the look they all had. Applejack walked up to Apple Bloom, "Are you ok, Apple Bloom?" She asked her sister. Apple Bloom nodded, "Yeah, thanks to Blaze." she said pointing at the red colt. The main 6 looked at Blaze, all with a strange look. Twilight stepped forward. "Nice to meet you, Blaze." She said. Blaze nodded, "Twilight Sparkle, correct?" she asked. Twilight raised an eyebrow as she nodded.
Blaze smiled, "Great. I was planning to meet you at the library." Applejack stepped in. "What for?" she asked the red colt. Blaze put his hoove on his amulet, "I need information about the Millennium Puzzle." Rarity looked at his pyramid amulet. "That thing is a what, darling?" she asked. "A Millennium Puzzle." Blaze said again. Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie looked amazed at the thing wrapped around Blaze's neck.
"What does it do?" the pinked pony asked. Blaze shrugged, "I'm not sure to be honest. That is why I was planning to research it at the library." he told the pink pony. Twilight nodded, "Sure, let's go to the library and see what we find." she lead Blaze and the other to the castle. Not knowing that a shadow figure following them.
Ponyville Library
Twilight and Spike are going over every book they can find for information of Blaze's Millennium Puzzle. So far they found nothing. Blaze is now looking at the deck the stallion gave him. He noticed that some of them were Dragon card and others were warrior cards. Then he found something that made his eyes widen. "NO WAY!!!" He yelled scaring everypony in the library. "What is it Blaze?" Rainbow asked the red colt and he pulled up the card. A Blue-Eyes White Dragon level 8 attack 3000 and defense 2500. Applejack looked at the card, "Don't you have the same card?" she asked. Blaze nodded and put the cards back in his backpack.
The red colt walked up to Twilight and Spike, "Anything yet?" he asked. Twilight shock her head no and Spike did the same. Fluttershy walked slowly to Blaze, "w-w-Where did you find that puzzle?" she asked. As just as Blaze was about to tell her Twilight pulled out a book. "I think I found it." Everyone walked up to Twilight's desk as she opened the book but there was a problem. "What's with the weird writing?" Rainbow asked as everyone was confused. But Blaze spoke, "I think I know what some of this says." He grabbed the book and looked at it.
After a few minutes Blaze looked at everyone, "The book says that the Millennium Puzzle is but one of many Millennium items created at Egyptian times and was worn by a great King that ruled the land." he told them. They were amazed, "What was the king's name?" Sweetie Belle asked. Blaze looked at the book, "The closest way to say his name is Yami." Rarity tilted her head, "Yami? That's an interesting name." Blaze looked deeper into the book, "There is no photo that described Yami, but it says that he defended Egypt from evil sorcerers by using a great mystical card game called...!" Blaze stopped with a shocked look.
Apple Bloom spoke, "Called what, Blaze?" The red colt looked everyone as he finished his sentence, "Duel Monsters." Everyone was shocked. Duel Monsters is the card game everyone is using now. Twilight was confused, "You mean the card game everypony in Equestria is playing is also the way the King defeated evil sorcerers." Blaze nodded as everypony is shocked. Spike then spoke, "What happened to the Millennium Items then?" Blaze looked through the pages and read, "After the fierce battle, the king realized that the Millennium items were the reason why the evil sorcerers came for him. So to stop making it happen again, he ordered his men to scatter the items throughout Egypt so nopony could find them."
The main 6 were amazed. "What about his Puzzle?" Scootaloo asked. Blaze continued reading, "The king new that his Millennium Puzzle wasn't safe in his hooves. So he broke it into several pieces and put them in a box to hide it from evil. Some say that after the king's death his soul was transported into his Millennium Item. Hopping one day that the king will walk the earth once more." Everyone was sad and surprised. Not only did the king save the world but he did it to save everyone, not just himself.
Apple Bloom then asked a question. "How did you get the Millennium Puzzle if it was hidden?" The main 6 agreed with Apple Bloom and looked at Blaze. He put the book down and talked. "I didn't get the puzzle specifically. My mother was a Egyptologist, before she and dad died she found a box in an Egyptian cave and gave it to my sister who gave it to me." He told the team as he walked to a window, "The rest happened about a year ago."

The bell rang in the classes and the students were dismissed. Some of the students were still in their classes talking to their friends. Except for a young 12 year old Blaze making a tower of cards. "Almost," Blaze says as he was gonna put the final card on his tower, "Almost." Then a voice said, "Hey Blaze," and it made Blaze lose focus and made all the cards fall. The red colt looked up and saw the student that called him. "Maybe you should get your head out of the cards and actually make some friends." the student said as he and his friends laughed with him.
Blaze sighed. "Its not like I can make some anyways." he said with a sad voice. Then he pulled out an Egyptian like box from his backpack and put it on his desk. "Maybe now I can continue working on my treasure." the red colt smiled. Then a brown hoove grabbed the box from Blaze's desk and Blaze saw it was, 'Rough Gunner' a brown coated Pegasus with blond hair. "Well lookie what I found." Gunner said, "Little Blaze stupid box, what'cha got in here? More stupid cards. Ha Ha Ha." Rough Gunner is the bully at Canterlot middle school and loves to bully Blaze.
Blaze got off his desk and tried to get his box back, "Hey Gunner, give it back." Gunner then pushed Blaze away, "Or what you gonna call your mommy?" he said, "Oh wait! You can't. Because she's dead." He continued laughing. The hurt Blaze really hard. "Hey Gunner!" A male voice called out and it reveled to be Gunner's friend 'Lightning Rider' a blue earth pony with black hair, "That's enough. That was dark dude." Gunner looked at Blaze and saw that he had tears in his eyes. "Whatever, hey Blaze." He called the red colt. "What do you got in the box?" he said while opening the box. "No," Blaze yelled, "Don't touch it!"
As Rough Gunner was about to fully open the box it was taken by him from a pink unicorn filly with yellow hair. Blaze realized who it was as she was walking closer to him, it was 'Sweet Sunrise' one of the cutest fillies in the school. "I believe this is yours," She says while giving Blaze his box. The red colt grabbed his box and thanked the filly. The she looked back at the other two colts and she wasn't happy. "Don't you two have anything better to do then bully someone?" She said with a scary voice that made the colts shiver in fear.
"w-w-We were j-just h-having fun," Gunner said trying to act innocent but Sunrise wasn't buying it. "Maybe you have more fun with my hoove making contact with your face!" Sweet says showing her hoove. And that made the boys run away from them. After she calmed down, she looked at Blaze. "You ok?" Blaze nodded but she knew he wasn't telling her the truth. She and Blaze look a seat at Blaze's desk and she said, "You know Blaze, you need to learn to step up for yourself." Blaze nodded, "Yeah I know, its just..." he stopped for a moment, "I hate violence." The pink filly agreed with the red unicorn.
Then she looked at Blaze's box, "So what's in the box?" she asked and Blaze looked at his own box. "It's not finished yet, but its my treasure." That made Sunrise confused. Blaze opened the box and she saw just little pieces. She picked up a piece, "Your treasure?" Blaze nodded, "Yeah my sister gave this to me, who got it from my mother before she...well..." The pinked filly looked at Blaze and saw the sad look in his eyes. She put her hoove on Blaze's, "Sorry Blaze." The red colt then pick up another piece and said, "Before mom and dad died," Blaze started, "she gave my sister this box telling her to give it to me one day."
Sweet Sunrise looked at the box, "And I'm guessing it's not done?" She looked at the box as Blaze shock his head. He then looked at the filly with a smile, "You wanna meet at my place? I would like to show someone my home." he asked. The filly thought for a second and grabbed her bag, "Sure lets go." Then the red colt put the box in his backpack and they left.
Meanwhile
Rough Gunner and Lightning Rider are out of breath trying to run away from Sunrise. "Man," Rider spoke, "how can a cute filly be so scary?" Gunner shrugged, "I don't know?" As the boys were getting their air back Rider saw that Gunner had something, "What do you have?" Gunner smiled and reveled it to be a gold-ish piece with and eye on it (Not literally). The Blue colt was confused and Rough Gunner explained, "I snuck it out of Blaze's box before Sunrise grabbed it." That made Rider scared, "Don't you think that might have a problem?" That made gunner confused, "What do you mean?" "Well," Rider started, "Don't you think when Blaze finds out he will tell Sunrise and then we might be in trouble."
Gunner laughed, "Please, he will never know." Lightning Rider looked at his friend confused. As they walked off and left school.
Back with Blaze and Sweet Sunrise
The two walk through Canterlot and made it to a building that said, "Game Shop." That made the pink filly confused, "I thought we are heading to your home?" Blaze smiled as he opened the door, "It is my home, Fillies first." he said. Then Sweet smiled, "How kind of you." Then she was a mare in her 20s with a light red coat, white hair and green eyes walking to the two. Blaze opened his hooves and have the mare a hug, "Hey sis!" he said making the filly shocked. The mare continued the hug, "Hey little brother, welcome home." then they broke the hug. "Sweet Sunrise," Blaze called the filly, "Meet my older sister, Flare Blitz." he introduced his friend.
The Mare smiled and shook the fillies hoove, "Nice to see you finally made a friend, Blaze." The filly smiled, "Nice to meet you." then she looked at Blaze, "What do you mean, this is your home?" Flare Blitz giggled, "This isn't just a game shop, Sunrise," She told the filly, " I also made it a home for me and Blaze." The filly then got the idea and nodded. The Flare looked at her little brother, "So Blaze, are you still working on the puzzle?" she asked the red coat and he nodded.
That made the mare giggled as she look at Sweet Sunrise, "My little brother is trying to solve that puzzle for quite a while now." The she whisper into the fillies ear, "Sometimes I caught him awake at night on his desk trying to solve it." That made both of the mares giggle. Blaze then grabbed the box out of his backpack and thought, "I will solve this. And my wish will finally come true."
Before Blaze can continue with his story he heard snoring. Everypony looked and saw Rainbow Dash sleeping and Blaze wasn't happy. He then walked up to Rainbow Dash and breathed in and yelled, "WAKE UP!!!" That made Rainbow Dash surprise and jumped into the air.
The others hold their ears surprise how loud Blaze's voice can get. Rainbow dash flew down with a shocked look on her face. "What was that for?" Rainbow asked the little red colt. Blaze was not happy with the rainbow hared Pegasus. "I'm trying to tell you a story and you sleep? How can you easily get bored?"
Rainbow Dash was shocked how angry Blaze can get. She didn't mean to fall asleep. Now she messed up. "Sorry little dude." she said, "I guess I'm not good at listen to stories." Applejack had an idea to embarrass Rainbow dash.
"I have an idea how you can make it up Rainbow," She said to the two. Blaze and Rainbow looked at the cowpony (Cowgirl idk.) "How about you two duel. It'll be nice to see get to know each other." Rainbow thought about it for a moment and nodded, "Sure i'll duel what about you Blaze?" The red colt thought for a moment and nodded.
"Great," Twilight said, "Follow me to the dueling field." Everypony and dragon followed Twilight and went to the dueling room.
Blaze walked to the Red zone and Dash walked to the Blue zone. Blaze used his magic to grab his deck and shuffle it. Dash got her deck and shuffled as well. "How about we go to 4000 Life Points in this duel Blaze." Rainbow requested. Blaze nodded, "You better hope I don't draw my best cards first."
Spike then ran to a switch and turned on the duel system. "Let's duel!" Blaze and Rainbow said together. Apple Bloom was excited to see Blaze duel again. She saw Blaze beating diamond tiara but she wondered how he was gonna do against Dash.
Duel Time
Blazing Blitz : 4000
Rainbow Dash: 4000
Rainbow smiled, "I'll go first." she looked at her hand and grabbed a card. "I summon Sonic Warrior in attack mode."
"And I end my turn." Rainbow finished. Blaze was confused, That's weird. Why did she summon a card with only 1000 attack points? "My turn," He said as he draw a card, "I set a card face down."
"And I summon Jack Wyvern attack mode."
"And I attack your sonic warrior." Blaze said and his Wyvern attack Dash's warrior.
Rainbow Dash: 4000 - 800 = 3200
Rainbow Dash was shocked, "I'm not done yet kid. My turn." Rainbow drew her next card, "play a card face down in defense mode and end my turn." Her defense card was face down side ways. Blaze drew his card and nodded, "I play a spell card call Deck Destruction. Now we sacrifice two cards from our hand and grab two from the deck."
Rainbow dash nodded and grabbed two cards, put them into the graveyard, and grabbed two from the deck. Blaze did also. Blaze saw the two cards that made him smile, "Now I sacrifice my Jack Wyvern to summon my Summon Skull."
Rainbow was surprised about what he has. "Now Summon Skull!" Blaze called to his monster. The skull demon looked at his master. "Attack her face down with Lightning Strike!". Summon Skull nodded and gathered a lot of electrical energy from his surroundings then threw a lightning bolt at the face down destroying the card.
Rainbow Dash began to sweat, she never duel somepony like Blaze before. What confused her is how Blaze's monster looked at him. She never new cards can look at their masters before. She then drew her next card and sighed, "I set a monster face down and end my turn." (FYI in the beginning Dash isn't as good at dueling as the others, but I will make her better I Promise.)
Blaze then drew his card, "I activate "Polymerization,"
"And I fuse my Red-Eyes Black Dragon with Gaia the Fierce Knight to summon "Red-Eyes Slash Dragon".
The Red Dragon roared at Rainbow Dash and she was surprised that Blaze has a Fusion monster (Two monster can fuse together to make other monster. Must have Polymerization) . "Now My Red-Eyes Slash Dragon will attack you face down card." Blaze said to the rainbow haired Pegasus.
Red-Eyes Slash Dragon attacked her faced down monster leaving her open for a direct attack. "Now Summon Skull," Blaze said to Summon Skull, "Attack her life points directly!" The Demon nodded at Blaze and ran towards Dash and striking her.
Rainbow Dash: 3200 - 2500 = 700
Everypony was shocked at the fusion monster but was confused, Blaze could of used summon skull to attack first and then used the dragon next making her life points lover then they already were. Apple Bloom and the other were excited of how well Blaze was beating Rainbow Dash.
Dash drew her next card and smiled, "Perfect," she said with glee, "First I summon Red Sprinter in attack mode,"
"And I equip it with with "lucky iron ax" and "gravity ax - Grarl."
"With these card," Rainbow said to Blaze, "My Red Sprinter get 500 more attack points for each card and..." "HOLD IT DASH," Blaze yelled at the Pegasus interrupting her, "I activate my Red-Eyes Slash Dragon's effect. I can bring one of my warrior monsters from the graveyard and put it on the spell field negating you card effect."
Blaze put Gaia the Fierce Knight from his graveyard to the field and Rainbow's cards stopped working, "And as a bonus my Red-Eyes get 200 more attack points for every warrior monster on my spell zone." Blaze told the Pegasus mare.
Red-Eyes Slash Dragon: 2800 + 200 = 3000
Rainbow knew she was doomed and sighed, "I... End my turn," She said with a sad face. Blaze nodded at the Pegasus and drew his next card. Blaze then looked at his monsters and at Dash. "You dueled well Rainbow Dash," he spoke to the pegasus as she looked at the red colt, "But know this duel ends." Red-Eyes Slash Dragon, attack her life points directly," Blaze told his dragon and the dragon roared and slashed her life points (No pun intended).
Then Blaze grabbed his cards and his deck and walked to Rainbow Dash as the other ponies and dragon watched. The red colt spoke to the Pegasus, "I admit I was surprised when you pulled those cards Rainbow Dash," Rainbow didn't say a word, "But you need to prepare for any possibility or you will lose every time." Rainbow still said nothing which made Blaze worry.
Then Fluttershy walked to the two ponies and said, "Maybe Blaze can teach you Rainbow Dash. To help you improve. If that's OK with you Blaze." The red colt nodded, "I will be honored." Rainbow then looked at Blaze with a smile, "Thanks kid, It was an awesome duel."
Blaze smiled at the pegasus but the felt drowsy and groaned. The other walked to the brown haired colt. "Blaze you OK? What's wrong?" Apple Bloom asked and saw the eye of the Millennium Puzzle glowing. Then Blaze collapsed and was out Cold.
Twilight and the others put the unconscious red colt on a nearby couch putting his head on a pillow. AppleBloom is holding Blaze's deck in her hooves, while the others started to talk about Blaze. "What do you think happen to the poor fella?" AppleJack asked. Twilight spoke, "Well maybe it because he wasted his energy on his duel with Dash?" Rainbow shook her head, "He wasn't acting like he was wasting energy, he was calm and determined."
Pinkie Pie nodded, "Yeah if he was wasting energy he would be like "I ATTACK YOU WITH MY MONSTER!" or "I FUSION SUMMON A MONSTER" or ..." Fluttershy put her hoove on pinkie's mouth stopping her from talking. "We get it pinkie darling." Rarity said to the pink pony. Spike walked up to the others, "Well I don't know about all of you but he is awesome at dueling!" he said happily. "I never seen anyone duel with a dragon card like that."
Scootaloo chuckled, "You always had a thing for dragon cards, don't you Spike?" Everypony looked at AppleBloom who was still looking at Blaze. She hasn't spoke a word since Blaze fell. AppleJack then walked up to AppleBloom, "you've been quiet for a while know Bloom. Whats up?" She asked her younger sister. AppleBloom didn't look away from Blaze and said, "I'm just worried about him." Everypony agreed, They didn't know much about Blaze but he seems to be a really nice colt.
Twilight was still confused, "What happened to him earlier?" Everypony and dragon looked at twilight confused, "Back when he was dueling Diamond Tiara?"
Flash Back
"Ready to play blank flank." Earlier Diamond Tiara said to Past Blaze. "Playtime is over!" Blaze said. Then the bright light appeared, "Yu-Gi-Oh!" Blaze yelled as his voice was getting deeper. When the light faded Blaze was different. Diamond Tiara was shocked, "What? How did?" "Now Diamond Tiara," Blaze said with a deeper determined voice, "Prepare yourself because it's time to duel."
Everypony agreed except for AppleBloom. "Yeah," Spike was the first to speak, "He not only looked different but also sound different." AppleBloom then spoke, "Whoever he is, He got me my card back." AppleBloom then grabbed her deck and grabbed her Dark Magician Girl. She smiled, "He said it his sister's favorite monster as well." Fluttershy walked up to the yellow filly, "He said that?" she asked and AppleBloom nodded.
Then Everypony in the room saw a bright light and they all saw it was coming from Blaze's Millennium Puzzle. Twilight was about to use her magic but then it stopped glowing. After a minute of silence Twilight looked at Spike, "Spike I need a letter to Celestia." The Purple Dragon nodded and grabbed a paper and quill and Twilight told him what to write.
Dear Princess Celestia
I know you might be busy with your work but there is something you must know. Today we met a colt named Blazing Blitz who dueled with Diamond Tiara to get AppleBloom's card back. In the duel we noticed he not only looked different but sounded different too. After the duel he said he was looking for me so he can get answers about his amulet he is wearing. We got the the library and found the book he was looking for. It is called the 'Millennium Puzzle', and ancient artifact that existed years ago by a powerful pharaoh. Then Blaze had a duel against Rainbow Dash. He came victorious but then he fainted after duel. We put him on a nearby couch and then he Puzzle started to glow. Me and my friends are really worried about him. Please help me and figure out what to do

Canterlot Castle
Princess Celestia is in her dinning room having some lunch her chef made her. Nearby is her sister Princess Luna but she is having a cup of tea. She looked at her sister and said, "Lovely day isn't it sister." Celestia nodded, "Quite so Lulu." Then the letter appeared before Celestia and she grabbed it with her magic.
"It's from Twilight," She said to her sister, "She must be giving me something she learned today." The big alicorn opened the letter and read it. When she was done she has a surprised look. "It's been found." She said quietly. That made Luna look at her with a confused look, "What's been found Tia?" Celestia looked at Luna and said, "The Millennium Puzzle!" That made Luna spit out her tea and cough for air.
"Impossible," The blue alicorn said, "I thought it's been destroyed." Celestia has a determined face, "GUARDS!" she called and a White stallion with gold armor ran up to Celestia. "Get my chariot ready. Me and Luna are going to Ponyville." The guard nodded and left to tell the others. After a few minutes The chariot is ready and the royal sisters got in. "Get us to Ponyville as fast as possible," She ordered her guards as they nodded and took off. "After 3000 years, he'll finally return." She said.
Back to Ponyville
Twilight and the gang waited for Celestia's answer for almost and hour now. Rainbow is getting board so she just flies around the place, "When is she writing back?" she asked. And Twilight shrugged, "I expect her to write back almost 55 minutes ago." Spike is going through his deck and trying to find a good strategy for dueling. He only won duel and that was with Dash. AppleBloom is still sitting near Blaze who hasn't woken up yet.
"I arrived as soon as i could." They hall heard a voice. They turned to see Celestia and Luna near the door. "PRINCESS!" They all said and galloped to the royal alicorn. "Where is he?" She asked everypony and they turned to Blaze. Celestia and Luna walked to the unconscious red colt and looked at him millennium item. "Finally," Celestia said as she went to grab the item, "It's been found." But when she touched to it shocked her.
"Seems that the item won't let go." Luna said to her sister. Twilight and the others were confused. They called the princess to help but Celestia is more focused on his Puzzle. "Celestia?" Twilight called the white alicorn, "Why are you staring at Blaze's Millennium Puzzle?" The two sister's turned to the ponies. "Forgive us, my little ponies. We are just amazed that the Millennium puzzle is found." Luna looked back at the unconscious colt.
"How long has he been unconscious?" she asked the gang. "Almost a hour." Fluttershy said to the blue alicorn. Luna thought for a minute and looked at her sister, "I'm going to use that spell sister." Celestia looked at luna and knew what she was talking about and nodded. Rainbow Dash is now confused like everypony else, "What spell?" She asked the sisters. Luna looked at dash, "The spell I'm going to use allows me to go into his mind and see who he is. And also figure out how to awaken him." Nopony knew of such a spell.
"I am allowed to bring one more pony with me, but it could be dangerous so you have to stick with me." Luna described. Nopony volunteered at first but then Twilight walked up. "I'll do it." she said to Luna. The blue princess nodded and closed her eyes, then her horn started to glow and she fired a harmless beam at Blaze's head. Then she and Twilight disappeared.
Blaze's Mind
At first Twilight saw nothing but bright light as she walked with Luna. When the bright light faded she saw that she was in a hallway with two doors. One door had a Red color and the other door was Darker Red. "Now this is strange." Luna spoke to herself. Twilight is confused, "What's strange, Luna?" "There are two doors here," Luna told Twilight. Twilight didn't get it, "So?"
Luna shook her head, "When i use the spell the is always one room." She walked to the bright red door and opened it to see a room filled with toy's and a child like room. "This room is nice and peaceful. Suitable for this colt." Then they walked to the other door with darker red color. When she opened it she and Twilight saw a pony in there. Twilight recognized the pony, "Blaze?" she said to the pony.
But she was wrong. The pony looked like an older version of Blaze that is taller and has longer hair and red eyes. "It's alright," The older colt said, "You can enter but tread consciously. I won't allow any harm of the colt whom's vessel I share." he warned them. The two alicorns walked inside and noticed the room looked like a ancient Pharaoh's tomb. "May I ask why you both are in here?" The mysterious colt said to the two.
Twilight spoke first, "Blaze is unconscious and my and my friend's are worried." The colt nodded. "No need to worry he is OK. Just resting." Now it is Luna's turn. "What is your name stranger?" The colt looked at Luna, "what is it to you miss?" "Luna, Princess of the Night." She told the stranger and he nodded. "I go by many names over the years. Pharaoh, Blazer, and sometimes Yami."
Twilight then thought of something, "You won't happen to be a pharaoh from 3000 years ago would you?" The dark red colt shook his head and said, "Forgive me but my memory is not conclusive." Luna didn't buy it. "If you would mind give us passage though your mind. Show us what you do know." The colt thought for a minute and nodded. "Alright let me open the doors to you." Then his eyes shined gold and the ancient room turned into a labyrinth.
Both Twilight and Luna are amazed. "Never have I seen some complexity in someponies mind" she thought. The Older colt grin, "And now I leave you to your search." Then the colt disappeared leaving both alicorns alone. Luna started to walk around the rooms. She opened the first door and right when she was about to walk in something bi smashed the floor almost crushing Luna.
"Princess Luna!" Twilight yelled as she galloped to the blue princess. "It was a trap," Luna said, "He is not allowing access to his mind." After so many trap doors, Twilight was about to give up but she saw Luna open another door. "It appears to be safe." Luna said to herself. But then as she was walking the floor collapsed beneath her. "LUNA!" Twilight said and she ran to grab Luna but fell also but Luna grabbed her and ledge.
"Another trap!" Luna said, "This isn't good!" Twilight whom is scared asked the princess, "What's not good?" Luna looked at Twilight, "If we fall, we will be stuck in his mind forever." Both alicorns tried to use their wings but then they heard, "I don't know what's happening but I won't let him harm you two." Both alicorns looked up and saw Blaze as his usually red coat with regular brown hair and eyes. He grabbed Luna hoove and pulled both alicorns up.
After a minute of rest, Twilight looked at Blaze and asked, "How are you here?" Blaze gave her a look, "Your in my mind. But I think I should ask why you two are in here?" Both alicorns thought for a minute and Luna explained. "Twilight and the others are worried about you. They said you have been out for an hour so she sent a letter to my sister and we both arrived." Blaze nodded, "Still doesn't explain how you are here." Luna chuckled, "I used an ancient spell that allows me to go into somponies mind."
"And that shouldn't be allowed!" The two ponies heard and looked behind them and saw the older colt from before. Blaze is confused and walked up to the colt. "Who are you?" he asked the colt, "and why do you almost look like me?" The older colt chuckled, "As I told those two, I have called many things. Pharaoh, Blazer, and sometimes Yami. I am the spirit of your millennium puzzle. For why I look similar to you, I am no sure."
Blaze thought for a minute and nodded, "Well Yami." he said to the colt, "I am sure that Luna here won't do it again. And I think we should leave." Yami nodded and then a portal appeared behind him. Twilight was the first to leave saying by to Yami. Luna walked up to Yami and Blaze. "I don't yet know what's going on. But I have an idea. Farewell Yami." Then she walked to the portal.
Before Blaze left he looked at Yami, "Will I see you again, Yami?" And the spirit nodded. "I will never leave you, Blaze. You will see my spirit in the real world but others cannot." The young red colt nodded and walked through the portal.
Meanwhile in Diamond Tiara's mansion, She is in her room upset by her defeat by Blaze. She can never forget the look at Blaze's Blue-Eyes White Dragon. She needs a card like that, but the only way she thinks Blaze will give her his Blue-Eyes is by a duel, and she knows that no card in her deck has the power to destroy his card.
Then she heard a knock on her door, "Knock knock, Princess," a voice said. Diamond knew who her voice belonged to and said ,"Come in, Father,"with a sad tone. Her door opened and a brown stallion with red tie, blackish mane, and blue eyes walked in. IT was her father, Filthy Rich.
"What's wrong sweetie?" Filthy Rich asked. Diamond looked at her father with tearful eyes. "I lost in a duel today daddy," she said. Filthy Rich grew concerned, "Who did you lose to?" "I don't remember his name," Tiara told Filthy, "But he has a Blue-Eyes White Dragon." Rich's eyes widened so big they looked like giant baseballs. "A B-B-Blues-Eyes White Dragon? Are you sure?"
Diamond nodded and Filthy Rich was surprised. There are only 5 Blue-Eyes White Dragon's in all of Equestria. The thought of Diamond losing to someone who has one was shocking. 'I want one daddy," He heard his daughter's voice. "Want what sweetie?" Diamond looked at his father, "A BLUE-EYES WHITE DRAGON!!!!!" She yelled so loud it made her father's ears ring. Filthy Rich knew what has to be done.
"Wait here, honey," Rich said to his daughter and he left the room. After 5 minutes he came back holding a duel monster card. "What's that daddy?" Diamond asked her father. He showed her the card, "It's called 'Dragon Manipulator'. A level 3 monster. Even though it's not strong as the Blue-Eyes White dragon, it has the flip effect to control one dragon monster 'til the end phase."
Diamond was a surprised, a monster to control one dragon monster. But then she realized something, "Daddy, it's only for one turn though." Filthy Rich nodded, "Yes which is why i have this." He showed her another card that was a trap card called "Horn of the Calling Dragon." It had a picture of a horn with dragon wings on it. "This trap card can control one face up dragon from your opponents side of the field." Rich told his daughter.
Diamond took the cards from her father and smiled, "Thank you daddy." The brown stallion nodded and left the room. Diamond Tiara put the two cards into her deck and said, "Have fun with your Blue-Eyes Blank Flank. For when i defeat you in our next duel." Then she picked up her deck and walked out to find Blaze.
Meanwhile in the The Library
The mane 5, the CMC, Spike and Celestia are waiting for both Twilight and Luna to come back. They have been gone for a while and they are starting to get worried. Rarity made tea for everypony to drink while they wait. AppleBloom was more worried about Blaze then anyone.
Even though she just met Blaze, she knows that he is a great pony. Then a glow came from Blaze's Millennium Puzzle. As everypony looked at the direction of the glow, they saw Twilight and Luna. Everypony, 'besides AppleBloom and Celestia walked up to Twilight and Luna asking so many questions.
Twilight giggled at everypony in the room asking her many questions. "ENOUGH!" Luna yelled loudly. Unlike Twilight she doesn't like the fact that everypony just asked them so many questions when they just got out of Blaze's mind. After her outburst, they all heard a moan coming from Blaze. Everypony was relieved that he was OK.
Blaze opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was AppleBloom. He smiled at the yellow filly. As he got up AppleBloom was so happy that he was alright that she hugged him tightly. Blaze was surprised by AppleBloom's action but chuckled, "Hi AppleBloom," He said the the red head filly.
AppleBloom broke of the hug and blushed, "Sorry!" she said as Blaze laughed as he walked up to the royal sisters. He bows to them, "It's an honor to meet you Princess Celestia and Luna." The older alicorn chuckled with amusement, "Rise my little pony." she said to the brown haired colt as he rises. Celestia looked at her younger sister and asked, "What did you find out?"
Luna looked at her sister and then looked at Blaze wanting a response like she is asking if she should tell her sister. At first Blaze was confused but then he knew what she wanted. He thought for a moment and nodded at the lunar princess. The blue alicorn nodded and looked at her sister. "Me and Twilight were able to go into young Blaze's mind and found something unusual."
"Unusual?" The white alicorn says confusingly. "Yes," Luna answered, "The colt has two room's in his mind. Me and Twilight were able to investigate and found another pony in his mind." Rainbow found it confusing, "Rooms?" she said, "What rooms?" Everypony looked at the rainbow haired Pegasus. "In everypony's mind," Luna explained, "there is a room that has certain things in it. Like toys, flowers, board games, etc. But in Blaze's mind there are two rooms."
"Twilight and Luna went into the other room and found an older version of me in there," Blaze said, "He says that he doesn't remember much but he says he's the spirit of my Millennium puzzle." Everypony remained quite for a moment, but then everypony except Blaze, AppleBloom, Twilight, Luna and Celestia laughed hard.
"Yeah right." Rainbow said, "A spirit in your puzzle, get real." Blaze really didn't find it funny. Then he felt like he was being watched, so he turned around and saw a ghost image of Yami. "I don't blame them," Yami said, "If I were them, I wouldn't believe it either." "yeah, I guess so," Blaze agreed, "Think you should introduce yourself?"
The spirit thought for a moment and nodded. Blaze looked at everypony else. Then he closed his eyes and yelled, "Yu-Gi-Oh!!!" Everypony turned and saw the glow coming from Blaze. When the glowed stopped, what they saw as a older/taller version of Blaze with red eyes, was actually Yami. "Greeting everypony," Yami said to everypony.
Everypony beside Twilight, Celestia, and Luna was shocked. They recall Blaze being different from his duel from Diamond Tiara but they thought it was an illusion or something. "I am the spirit of the Millennium Puzzle," he said. AppleBloom walked to Yami, "So your the one who was dueling Diamond Tiara?" she asked the spirit. He shocked his head, "No though I sometimes help with the strategic idea, and help him duel without harm to himself, he is the one who truly helped you."
Then they heard a knock at the door. Spike ran to the door to see who it is and when he opened it he heard a voice," Move aside you useless reptile." The voice belonged to Diamond Tiara, the filly from before. As she pushed the purple dragon away she looked at who she thought was Blaze. "I have a bone to pick with you, blank flank." she said. Yami just stood there as a ghostly spirit of Blaze showed up.
"What is she doing here?" Blaze asked, "I already defeated her." Yami nodded, "Yes, but somethings different." he thought. "Listen here, give me your Blue-Eyes White Dragon and I will give you this." She said as she called one of her butlers. The butler was a grey earth pony with a briefcase, which he opened to relieve hundred of bits. Even though Yami was amazed, he shock his head, "I'm sorry Diamond Tiara, but no."
Diamond Tiara was not surprised, she knew Blaze wouldn't give away a rare card away like that. "Listen here Blaze." She called the red pony, "That card belongs to somepony like me because it is more suitable to me, so give it up." she hold her hoove out. Yami shock his head again, "Still no Diamond Tiara. That card was given to me by my sister." Even though Blaze wasn't talking, Yami thought it was appropriate to speak like it was Blaze talking.
Diamond still wasn't surprised, "Then how about this, me and you duel for it. I win and the card is mine, you win and you keep your card. Deal?" Yami looked at Blaze, ""What do you think?" He thought to Blaze. Blaze looked at Diamond Tiara, "She obviously wouldn't challenge me again if her deck wasn't stronger." Blaze said, "But I don't wan't to lose my sister's Blue-Eyes."
Yami looked at the spirited colt with confidence, "Don't worry Blaze, We will beat her." He looked at the pink filly and nodded, "Fine Diamond Tiara we'll duel." Diamond smirked and turned away, "Meet me at my families mansion in one hour and we'll have hour duel there." she said as she and her butler walked away.
AppleBloom looked at Yami with a shocked look. "Why Yami?" She asked, "Why did you accept her challenge?" Rainbow Dash walked up to the yellow filly, "Don't worry squirt, Blaze or the spirit... I don't even know, but he beat her once he can beat her again." Yami nodded, "Yes Rainbow Dash, we might of beat her once but she wouldn't challenge us again if she didn't improve her deck." Everypony else nodded even the princesses.
"Hey Yami!" Blaze called to the stallion, "How about we add that other Blue-Eyes White Dragon into my deck, the one from that old stallion." Yami agreed and walked to Blaze's backpack and grabbed the 2nd Blue-Eyes White Dragon. He put the card into the deck and put his bag by his side and walked outside. "Wait!" He heard AppleBloom running to the older colt. "I wanna come with you, I want to cheer you on in your duel."
Yami nodded and as he walked the other followed, besides Celestia and Luna. "Be careful... My Pharoah. The white alicorn thought, "If you lose that Blue-Eyes, It could be the end of us all."
An hour later
Yami and the other arrived at Diamond's mansion. He was ready to take on Diamond Tiara and he knocked on the door. Then another butler appeared with white coat and a black suit, "Blazing Blitz?" he asked the red unicorn nodded. "Please follow me." Blaze and everypony else followed the stallion then after three minutes they arrived at a door, "The rest of you follow me to the bleachers to spectate the duel while Mr. Blitz goes through this door to the duel arena."
Everypony and dragon nodded, as Yami opens the door and walks through, the other followed the butler. Then Yami saw the arena.
He saw Diamond Tiara in the middle in the arena and walked up to the arena. "Welcome to my family's dueling arena, Blaze." The pink unicorn said to Blaze. "Here you'll need this for our duel."
Yami is confused, "And this is?" "A prototype duel disk." Diamond Tiara explained. "This is how we duel, your deck goes into this slot here and the duel disk will hold the deck." she said as she and Yami put their decks into the slot. "Your graveyard is this spot here next to the deck slot. Your monster cards go here and you magic cards go here, to activate a magic card press the button pointed to the spell slot."
After the explanation, Yami nodded and he and Diamond took their places in the duel arena. Diamond Tiara activated her duel disk, Holographic Projectors ingage, the duel disk said as two parts of the duel disk flew to the left and right of diamond. when they landed a rainbow light turned on. "The holographic projectors will photographically show our monsters and cards in the duel." Diamond explained to the red unicorn.
Yami nodded and turned on his duel disk, Holographic Projectors ingage, his duel disk said as the projectors on his duel disk did the same like Diamond's. Meanwhile by the bleachers, AppleBloom and the others watch Yami and Diamond Tiara look their places. "Please becareful." she thought. On the other side of the Bleachers, Mr. Rich and his wife Spoiled Rich watched the same thing. "Diamond Tiara better defeat that blank flank, or else," Spoiled said to herself.
"Let's Duel!!" Both Blaze and Diamond Tiara said.

"I'll go first, "Diamond said as she looked at her cards. "I summon 'The Magician's Robe' in defense mode." She placed a card on her monster zone and then a card appeared and out came a black and red robe. Magician's Robe. Level 2 Attack 700 Defense 2000. "And I lay one card face down to end my turn.
"I draw, " Blaze said as he drew a card from the duel disk, "First I'm summoning 'Ancient Gear Knight' in attack mode." Out came an old gear like knight with a spike and shield. Ancient Gear Knight. A Level 4 monster. Attack 1800 Defense 500. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate spell or trap cards until the end of the damage step. "Next I'm activating 'Enemy Controller'." Then a video-game controller came out, "And i use its power to make your Magician's Robe from defense into attack mode.
The controller mode come button code and a beam came out hitting Diamond's Robe. "Now Ancient Gear Knight attack!" Yami said as the ancient knight attack the robe with its spear destroying the monster.

"I end my turn," Yami said as his Knight returns to his side. Diamond wasn't happy, "I draw. Now i activate monster reborn bringing back my magician's robe back into the field." Then Diamond's Magician's Robe returned. "But it won't be around for long because i'm sacrificing it to summon 'Vanity's Fiend' in attack mode." A red haired human with a black robe appeared. Vanity's Fiend Level 6 Attack 2400 defense 1200 Neither player can special summon monsters. "Destroy his Ancient Gear knight." Diamond ordered her monster as Vanity's Fiend attack the knight.
Blazing Blitz: 3400
"I end my turn." Diamond finished. "I draw," Yami said, "Now i activate the 'Supply Squad' magic card. The card showed some goblins carrying a stand. "Now every time you destroy one of my monsters, I get to draw one card." The pink pony smirked, "Nice, but it won't help you from my Fiend." "I'm afraid she's right," Blaze thought, "Vanity's Fiend stops me from special summoning my best monsters. Then Yami looked at his hand, I know what to do.
"Next I play the 'Swords of Revealing Light' It stops all your monsters from attacking me for three turns." A bright light appeared forming three swords. "finally I'm summoning Archfiend Cavalry in attack mode." A knight with no head appears on top of a horse. Archfiend Cavalry Attack 1900 Defense 0. "And I end my turn." Yami finishes.
"Very well," Diamond Tiara said, "I draw, "I set a monster in defense mode and i end my turn." A duel monster card was show sideways showing it is in defense mode. When her turn ended one sword disappeared. "I draw, "Yami said as he drew a card and saw what it was. "I tribute summon 'Trance the Magical Swordsmen' in attack mode." A blonde swordsmen appears. Trance the Magical Swordsmen a level 6 normal monster.
"Attack Trance with the Sword of the Spell-casters." Yami said as Trance attacked Vanity's Friend. Slicing it up to pieces.
Diamond Tiara: 2700
"I draw, "Tiara said, "I put another card face down and a magic card face down." Two cards appeared one side ways another straight. "i end my turn." Another sword disappeared. Yami nodded, "Draw!, I activate pot of greed, now i draw two more cards." A green and blue pot appears with a big smiles on it. when Yami drew the cards one of them is his Blue-Eyes White dragon. "I summon 'Ancient Gear Hunting Hound' in attack mode!" A gear like dog appeared, it has green metal skin and red eyes. Ancient Gear Hunting Hound a level 3 monster, If this card was normal summoned: player can inflict 600 damage to his or her opponents Life Points.
Diamond Tiara: 2100
"And I set one card face-down." He continued as one face-down card appeared." I end my turn." Diamond Tiara is now very angry as she drew her card. When she looked at it she smiled, "I set one card face-down and i end my turn." When the face-down appeared the final sword was gone. Yami then drew his card and looked at Blaze. Blitz knew what Yami wanted to do so he nodded in agreement. "I put one more card face-down," Yami said as his face-down magic card appeared, "Then I sacrifice my two monsters to summon my 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" Trance and The Ancient Gear goth disappeared and out came The Blue-Eyes White dragon.
Diamond Tiara smiled, 'Right into my trap.' she thought. "Blue-Eyes!," The red unicorn called to his dragon, "White Lightning Attack!" The Blue-Eyed Dragon blew a powerful white fire attack destroying diamond's facedown card. "I end my turn," Yami said, "It's over Diamond Tiara."
The Pink coated Unicorn start to laugh, "HA HA Ha, Correct Blaze," Diamond drew her card, "But it's over for you. I activate my face-down card, 'Horn of the Calling Dragons,' When my opponent has a dragon type monster on the field, It become my monster for the rest of the duel!" Yami and everypony else beside Diamond's Parents were shocked as Blaze's Dragon changed to Diamond's side of the field.
"Blue-Eyes NO!!! Spirit Blaze said to his sister's dragon. Then somehow Blaze and Yami switched places, Now Blaze is in control "Now MY Blue-Eyes White Dragon destroy his life points! "The white Dragon Blew a beam of fire at her formal master. Since Blaze is still in shocked, he didn't place any of his cards as he is being blasted.
Blazing Blitz: 400
Everypony is surprised that Blaze didn't play a card. Spoiled Rich smiled at her daughter. "Aw, What's wrong Blank Flank?" Diamond teased Blaze, "Are you sad that your Blue-Eyes is mine now? Ah HA HA HA HA!" Blaze now has tears in his eyes. "Blaze! The young colt her Yami's voice but didn't look at him, "Get up! Get up! If you lose this duel You will never see your sister's Blue-Eyes every again!
Everypony in the bleachers exept the spoiled family was shocked that Diamond Tiara now has control of Blaze's Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Diamond smirked happily now that she has the most powerful dragon in duel monsters. He is so shocked that he didn't even play a magic or trap card when the dragon attacked.
"Blaze get up!" Yami said, You need to get up!
AppleBloom and the others just stared at Blaze.
"Why can't he just get up?" Rainbow Dash asked wondering why Blaze isn't fighting back.
"How would you feel if your favorite card is turned against you?" Twilight asked the rainbow maned Pegasus. "A card you treasured for so long that the thought of losing it is to much."
AppleBloom nodded, "When Diamond Tiara took my Dark Magician Girl, I was really sad." Then she had a serious face, "But when Blaze got it back, that made me the happiest pony alive."
AppleBloom then opened her eyes, "It's time I helped him!" she said as she jumped down from the bleachers and ran to Blaze's side of the field.
While this is happening, Spoiled Rich was smiling, When I heard that my daughter lost to a Blank Flank I was furious. But I knew Filthy would give tiara that card if she told him that it was a Blue-Eyes. The funniest part is...That is just a fake card I made just for this situation. she thought.
Then she saw AppleBloom running to Blaze, What's that Blank Flank up to?
Blaze just looked at the ground tearing up. I can't fight my own sister's monster. It would be like fighting her soul and If I destroy Blue Eyes it would be like she would be gone too. He thought.
Yami was just about to say something when...
"BLAZE!!!" A female voice called.
Blaze turned around and saw AppleBloom. She has a serious face when he saw her. He might of just met her but he didn't think she had such a face.
"Listen Blaze," AppleBloom said, "I know you don't like fighting your own card, I wouldn't like it either. But if you don't fight that dragon. You could lose it... FOREVER!" she yelled.
Blaze nodded, AppleBloom might be right, If I don't stop Diamond Tiara, Blue-Eyes will be gone. He looked at Yami, Let me handle this Yami! He said to his friend, It's my problem, I will have to deal with it.
Yami was shocked at the determination Blaze has. He has know him for a while and never had had such a emotion. He smiled and nodded at his partner, No... Friend.
Blaze looked at AppleBloom again, "Thank AppleBloom. I'm a fool for just giving up like that." He got up and looked at Diamond Tiara. "You may have control of MY Blue-Eyes White Dragon Diamond Tiara." Now he's the one with the serious face. "But this duel has just begone."
Blazing Blitz: 400 Diamond Tiara:2100
"I draw!" Blaze said, "First I activate Black Magic Curtain!" Then a skeleton appeared with a curtain on it. "Now I sacrifices half of my life points to summon a dark magician from my deck!"
Blazing Blitz: 200
"Now I summon The one and only "Dark Magician Girl".
A female magician With pink and light blue magician clothing appeared. Dark Magician Girl Level 6 attack points 2000 Defense points 1700 For every "Dark Magician" or Magician of Black Chaos is in the card graveyard DMG gains 300 for every one.
"Big Deal!" Diamond Tiara said, "She have only 2000 Attack so Blue eyes can easily destroy her. You wasted your life points for nothing. HA HA HA HA!"
Blaze Smiled, "Wrong Diamond Tiara! Now I activate my second Swords of Revealing Light!"
"WHAAAAT!!!" Diamond said in shock.
Then Three bright swords appeared on Tiara's side yet again.
"Now you can't destroy DMG!" Blaze said in a smile.
Diamond Tiara still smiled. "Fine I'll just wait for three turns to pass then I Can destroy her."
"Wrong again Diamond," Blaze said, "Even thought the winner will be decided in three turns, but it will be my victory at the end. I end my turn!"
DIamond Tiara's turn
"Draw!" Diamond Tiara yelled. But she stopped for a moment. "There is no way that magician is gonna destroy Blue-Eyes White Dragon Now she looked at the swords, And even though the swords are on the field I can just wait for three turns to pass then I can attack. She looked at Blaze again, "But he doesn't look like she is bluffing. What if he does find a way to destroy Blue-Eyes then I'll be wide open"
But she shook it off, "I'll end my turn!"
Then a sword disappeared.
Blaze's Turn
"I draw!" Blaze said as he looked at the card, "I activate Pot of Greed! To draw two cards from my deck"
Blaze looked at the cards and smiled, "Just what I needed! I activate polymerization! TO fuse Dark Magician Girl and Tiger Dragon from my hand!
DMG and Tiger Dragon then flew into the air then a bright glow appeared, "It fusion summon Dark Magician Girl The Dragon Knight! Blaze yelled as the two monster fused to together and out came DMG riding a dragon but this time having knight's armor and a sword.
Dark Magician Girl The Dragon Knight Level 7 Attack points 2600 Defense points 1700 Everypony in the room expect for Blaze was shocked to see the fusion monster.
"I-I-I have never heard of that card before!" Twilight said to the group.
Diamond still smiled, That may of surprised me. But that monster only has 2600 attack. Blue eyes still has more attack points.
"I end my turn!" Blaze yelled.
Diamond Tiara's turn
"Draw!" The pink unicorn yelled, " I set a card face down to end my turn"
Another sword disappeared.
Blaze's turn
"Draw," Blaze said, "Now I activate The Sword of Dark Destruction This give My DMG The Dragon Knight 400 more attack points but loses 200 defense points in the process.
Dark Magician Girl The Dragon Knight Attack 3000 Defense 1500
"Rats," Diamond Tiara said, "They they both have the same attack points."
Blaze nodded, "Yes, so after the swords are gone even if you destroy her so destroy Blue-Eyes in the process." He smiled happily. "I end my turn!"
Diamond Tiara's turn
"Draw," Diamond yelled, Great now both me and the Blank flank have monsters with similar attack points. Even if I attack that means we'll be open for direct attack. "First I'll activate Dragon Treasure! This gives Blue eyes white dragon 300 attack and defense!
Blue-Eyes White Dragon Attack 3300 Defense 2800
"Next i'll summon Queen's Knight in attack mode!"
A female knight with red armor appeared.
Queen's Knight attack 1500 Defense 1600
"I end my turn and the sword are gone." Diamond said.
The final sword disappeared.
Blaze's turn
"Draw," The red pony yelled, "First I'll activate DMG the Dragon Knight's special ability! By discarding one card from my hand to the graveyard I can target one face up card and destroy it!" He explained while he discarded a card. "And guess who i'm aiming for?"
Diamond was now scared, "N-N-no you can't..."
"Yes I can!" Blaze said, "I target Blue-Eyes White Dragon!"
Dmg's sword started to glow and blasted Blue eyes white dragon destroying it. Everypony was shocked, even Diamond's parents.
"NO IMPOSSIBLE!! Spoiled thought, BLUE-EYES IS GONE!
"I'm afraid there is more Diamond Tiara, "Blaze said, "I activate monster reborn! now I can bring back one monster from either one of our graveyard's and special summon it. And I choose Blue-Eyes White Dragon!"
The Blaze's Dragon shows up appearing back to his side of the field. Now Diamond is in trouble.
"Blue-Eyes White Dragon attack Queen's Knight!
The Blue-Eyed Dragon then shot a blast of White lightning at the knight.
Diamond Tiara: 600
"Now DMG the Dragon Knight attack Diamond's life points directly!"
The Dragon knight then attack diamond with a dark magic slice.
Diamond Tiara: 0
Blazing Blitz Wins
Everypony except Diamond and her parents cheered at Blaze and AppleBloom ran to the stage giving Blaze a hug.
"I knew you could win!" She said to the red unicorn.
Blaze hugged back and the digital holograms disappeared. "Thank you AppleBloom. If it wasn't for you I could of lost this duel."
Yami looked at his friend with a smile on his face. I'm really proud of you Blaze.
Blaze then broke the hug and walked to Diamond Tiara who is crying.
"You did really well in our duel Diamond Tiara," The red pony said to the pink pony.
Diamond stopped crying and looked at Blaze. She was still upset that she lost but felt like a fool for dueling like she did.
The started to cry and hugged Blaze tightly, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me! I just wanted a real powerful card for a change."
That made Blaze think of something, "Can I see your 'Horn of the Calling Dragon's' Diamond?"
The pink pony nodded and some of her tears got on Blaze's fur. She grabbed the trap card from her graveyard and gave it to Blaze. He looked at it and realized something.
"Diamond, This is a fake card." He said out loud that everypony heard.
Spoiled knew she was in trouble so she started to walk away slowly. This made filthy confused.
Diamond then stopped crying, "A fake Card?" she asked, "But if it is fake then the duel disk shouldn't of respond to it. Unless."
"Unless?" Blaze asked as everypony was curious.
"Somepony made the duel disk react to face cards." Diamond responded.
Then diamond Tiara saw her mother leaving. Everypony else saw this too.
"Spoiled!" Filty's said in a vicious tone.
Spoiled tried to put a innocent look on her face, but failed when everypony walked up to her.
"Care to explain Mrs. Rich?" Blaze said as his eye changed from brown to gold.
I do Apologize for saying this but I am starting to lose interest in this book. I have been thinking of writing a new book similar to this but I'm not too sure yet. I'm Sorry to everypony that was excited for the next chapter but I'm not sure if that's going to happen. Good news I did get a new computer but I need some time to think if I'm really gonna continue this or not. If you guys are mad at me, I completely understand. You guys waited so long for a new chapter and now I'm losing interest in it. I thank everyone for the nice compliments and advice given to this book. See you guys in the next book.
