Sort of, I have wanted to write this one for a while, the story takes inspiration from the assassination-verse and the runs it through some anthro and adds a touch of the old World of Darkness. They summoned my long running mortal character from said tabletop rpg. The only real connection is that Twilight is in fact dead. Ettiene may or may not intervene, he hasn't decided yet, but either way he will probably cause a ton of trouble. Probably for everyone.
This story is a pleasant surprise.

I'm finding this Story to be a possible Favorite by It's end. While a bit confusing, It is still a good read so far, and I for one am excited to read some more.

The confusion is part of the ongoing plot. The reader is meant to wonder what onyx’s game plan is as much as everyone else. Oh, and what a gameplan it is. Reading death’s plea bargain might help a bit as it takes place alongside these events. But Onyx came from the Old World Of Darkness and regularly out deuce bagged Methusallah’s. Celestia and the rest are unprepared for aomething like him. Thank you for the kind words and believe that all will be revealed.
