I've actually seen a sizable amount of people, not just here, but on places like fan fiction and AO3, having a diaper fetish and not being terribly ashamed about it, either.

Even the "normal" ones tend to get ridiculed. But you'd think this would be taken much better than oral sex and stuff like that.
