There are plenty of firsts in our lives: first steps, first words, first friends...first time falling hard for somepony. For Greyscale, these come evident when he meets a mare called Twilight Sparkle.
Story takes place during the events of the episode "The Ticket Master."

The one gripe I have with this is that I wish you'd given Greyscale a chance to be a little more fleshed out and show us how he knows everypony in Ponyville. However, this was still a pretty good story. Have a thumbs up.
7119146 i hope i could do that in the next one or so. i kinda want to try my hand at making a story revolving an episode from the show. it would be easier to show gaps of time that way and not need to continuously write about the small things.

Loved the interactions between the two friends! A few typos and a little light on expository info but given that I'm one chapter into an established story, there's a lot to look forward to!
