When the heros of SMD fail to defeat the Dark Matter, Arceus makes the last-second decision to send his Pokémon to a new world, where they'll hopefully be safe. Draining the Tree of Life of the last of its power, he sent them off. What nobody anticipated was the transfer of the Mystery Dungeons.
Now, in a new world filled with strange creatures, Hunter and Melody of Team Frozen Thunder must protect ponies and Pokémon alike from the dungeons appearing as they seek answers in this strange new world.
Friendships will be tested, treasures will be found, and bonds will be pushed to the limits.

The story is great, but there are quite a few errors in spelling, word order, and grammar. Otherwise, great job, hope the story stays great.

So far, the story is alright. The main, glaring issue I see here, however, is the pacing. I would reccomend getting a pre-reader to go through and help make edits to the story to make the pacing flow smoothly and help it feel more realistic.
