Very well done. Pinkie and Dash were excellent and felt in character. I like that this did not go the standard route of Dash being too embarrassed to tell her friends or that she was afraid that they would not accept the relationship. We get a lot of those so a short story about Dash being so unsure of her own worth (which fits what we find in the show at times) makes for a nice change of pace.
