Huh. Interesting ship. I never thought of this paring... but it actually makes an inkling of sense. I like that.
I'll give you kudos, for a paring that makes sense but has never been done before and for being the only clop fic or hell porn in general that ever got me to laugh unless you count the porn parody SpiderBabe, I'll give you a hint on where the webbing comes from, it ain't her wrist.
As for this fic, this had 70% genuine emotion and this one of the few mature fics, that doesn't make feel dirty after reading it. It was relatively harmless. It was also well written, heartfelt and funny as hell.

It was pretty good. Pinks is one of the three mane six that I can forgive for being shipped with males, and this pairing, as NG said, actually makes sense

At that point my mind blanked out. I could not think straight. I know she'd make a good mom, with how cares for Pound and Pumpkin Cake. But, with how she bounces off the walls and goes temporarily insane. I cant imagine how the little guy/gal would act. Good job, loved the story.

For as...peculiar as this was, that was actually very sweet. I do genuinely believe that, with a little time, Pinkie would actually make a very good mother. She was just new to the whole thing with the Cake twins and probably just panicked since she didn't know what to do.
Also, someone should make a band called "Fellating the Eclair". That part kind of made me laugh. Among other things...
Anyway, good job. There's not enough proper romantic clop out there.

This is really cool: not only is there a solid plot (no pun intended :p ) that links episodes, but there's a strong passion between the natural couple and good writing. Your stories are simply awesome
Again this is not my preferred pairing as I feel more accustomed to her and Discord being together, but as your other submissions have shown you write it well enough to love them no matter what!!!
