You beat me to the punch, as I am planning or releasing a fic for mother's day as well with Velvet and Night-light! I love this pairing and there is waaaay not enough of it.
Honestly, the story was a tad cuter than what I normally go for in my pony smut, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The main thing is you took two characters that honestly have no character defining traits in the show and made them your own. Good work, you get a thumbs up.
I will have to change the title to my story though... who'da thunk for Mother's Day there would be a bunch of stories with that title lying around.
I don't normally read Erotic Fiction, but when I do, I find the author has written the characters believably and really shows how much they love each other. Excellent work.

Glad you liked the story! The way I see it, Velvet's willing to accept any sort of pick-me-up, especially if it's from the stallion she loves. The fact that he's still eager to make love with her despite her sickness would probably turn her on as well.
