Now, if you don't send Rainbow Dash to Boondocks-verse (trying to search for Lyra, before she gets back), I'mma HURT you. Huey in Equestria is sweet but boring, because Huey is basically good. Dash (or Trixie, or Luna, or Princess Celestia) in Boondocks would be something very special.
I WANT TO SEE DASHIE FIGHT RILEY. (and other resourceful, hard-to-defeat Boondocks characters) Starscream was foal's play compared to Riley. Don't have them be friends, have them try to obliterate each other! I can't even tell you how awesome that would be.

This makes perfect sense to me after all I know from TV tropes that Negros are apparently quite magical in there own right!
But seriously this is a wonderfully demented and yet workable crossover given that Boondocks is to some extent like a bizarro-MLP teaching tolerance and friendship toward our fellow man via violence, stereotypes, and racial slurs.
