You know, it's often said that any concept can work well if written well enough... and you just proved it. This is the first—and probably only—time I've ever up voted a Fallverse story, and it's because of the emotions. Despite the knowledge that nothing has changed, that the day after tomorrow, Dash will return to Hell, and indeed so will Mac, this moment, right here, is just for them. Just for love. Shows the strength of the human(equine?) spirit. It doesn't matter that the world will continue in its evil state, because for right now, they have each other. In fact, I kinda want to read more...
In the end, a sad—and yet somehow hopeful—scene showing that even in the darkness, light can be found.

A nice story because it shows in this crapsack world there is a tiny bit of hope. I am suprised he didn't bring Applejack to see her friend for a bit though. That would have been nice as well. I am suprised he would have feelings for Rainbow Dash of all mares though. Thats an odd choice.

There's a few implied reasons why Mac doesn't want anyone on the farm to see Dash. As to the reason for this ship, it was brought to me as a challenge.
The first time this was posted, I think I remember it said Big Mac was the only unaffected stallion. Did you change the description, or has it always said that and I'm simply going mental... Er? XD
I really liked it. The story of Mac, Applejack and their farm is my favorite in the FoE universe and this is a really cool addition to it. Thumbs up

Thank you for saying so! But I'm afraid at the moment this is the only thing I have planned for this part of FoE. I don't know if I'll go back to this paring again in the future, but if I get an idea for them, I'll most likely explore it. At the moment I am working out an idea for a different FoE story.
Eh, Big Mac is such a buzzkill. Equestria is the best its ever been (the caribou actually know where females belong).
