In a desperate move Nightmare moon casts a time travel spell to undo certain evens but the spell is interrupted and she ends up in a Equestria divided in half with Luna on one side and Celestia on the other. She has to come to grips with her dark truth and perhaps end a war between two sisters.
This follows the events of Night's Children

Also, it'd be excellent if there were a backstory of sorts to this rather than an explanation as you go along. Perhaps it could start with Nightmare's followers having a meeting, then going off to see their mother.
Also, a tip for names: Mother should only be lower-case if used as 'my mother' or 'their mother' or something like that. Using mother as a name means that you capitalize it like a name.
'Children' is only capitalized if the group has an official name, and if that's the case, a longer title would be better. Otherwise, it seems like you have your rules mixed up.
The plot was okay, and truthfully, I want more. But I want it better.
If any of that seemed too rude, I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be harsh; I'm just really bad at sugarcoating.
4659600 This is a non Canon sequel to Night's Children. and Children of the Night is a group and by the start of this story split in two. most of the Children our with Luna Living in Equestria the rest are with Nightmare Moon. Both faction consider the Princess of the Night to be their mother but disagree on who was the Princess of the Night.
