Every story's protagonist knows the next. It's sorta... a way to start. You come up with a way that they know each other, then the rest an start flowing. Like, how does Jake meet RD? How do they get intimate? What positions? What makes this story's sex scene hot and unique to the rest? Is it still interesting? etc etc...
