The idea is alright but the grammar could use a touch-up or two. You've got a few words that don't belong, a few run-on sentences and otherwise just missing punctuation, but nothing too glaring. The part I didn't like was the nature of the "experiment", however, particularly where Trixie went in through the back and pulled out bits and pieces from there as opposed to the front. Psychological knowledge from recent looks at things tell us that the back of the brain holds the cerebellum, brain stem, and hypothalamus which are entirely essential to living, as well as the occipital lobe which allows for eyesight. If she started carving away back there Twilight would either die or go blind. The personality portion of the brain resides toward the Frontal Lobes, and memories are in the gray matter, which you could have gone in through the top of the head for as opposed to the back. Nit-picking here though, as I said: interesting idea, but the execution needs a little work.

As a Twi-ship fan i say the plot was good however the ending was a buzz kill. you basically told us what happened after twi became retarded It would be better if you keep the reader feel like they are witnessing it first hand
