awesome story
Good so far, but John seems SO out of character, although we really aren't given much character in the games. For now, I will just assume it's some sort of magical... friendship... thing.
I like the story but you have to be more shuttle with how the master chief is... Unless this is just randomness for the sake of randomness.

4902728 Next chapter will be done by Sunday at 11pm GMT roughly. No, I'm not joking when I say this. I'm back for now again.
I always like a halo crossover with mlp. But they way Master Chief talks and acts so far doesn't portray his character to well. He is seen as a man of few words and doesn't feel like an average person would with emotions. At the end of Halo 3 and 4 we just barley get to see him show feeling over the loss of SGM Johnson and Cortana. A good way to start with his development with emotions would be depression from Cortana's death, also more calm about his currant situation. Chief isn't one to panic and I don't think he would be so quick to trust a new unknown race of colorful ponies. The way the two princesses talk and interact with Chief isn't what you'd expect. But the way they do with each other I find ok because there still sisters and there always should be time for them to act as two sisters should. But I still like the story regardless so nothing but love from me. Thumbs up!

5533686 If you knew the hell that year was you'd wish you couldn't have lived it........ surprise. I'm not dead yet it seems, somehow this year I've been given free time and stuff to do in it that doesn't make me want to cry in a corner. So I guess you could say I'm back partly, I still need to finish my school year (10 weeks till exams) and then, then I should be fully back. And I know that there is absolutely no reason for people to read either of my novels after all this time, I absolutely understand it if people just say "fuck it he took too long" because I know I did. And all I can do is apologise and say that despite what I said last year I ask that you try to understand that last year.... it was a personal living hell for me. But I'm past that, this year I'll pick myself up and dust myself of. I'm already working on new chapters for both of my stories and they should be done as soon as possible giving my currently limited free time due to exam revision.
But hear, hear I arrive on my pale horse. Ready to finish this fight. I will never forget what last year was for me, but I will move on. I still care for you readers and everyday that I couldn't write I actually felt like punching a wall because its my favourite hobby and not being able to have a chance to sit down and do it made me feel even worse especially know that I let quite a lot of people down.

Now to the part I explain the difference, A magazine like on most modern weapons stays with the gun and feeding rounds (Usually via a spring pushing them up) them up into the chamber until it is empty where then the user inserts a fresh one to continue firing, key phrase is stays in the gun
A clip is more uncommon and just used to quickly reload a weapon the best example is the stripper clip used to load the M1 Grand or a speed reloader for the revolver.

5796448 Its all dependent on when I actually have free time. I have exams just after Easter holidays (Scottish Easter holidays), so free time is kinda getting shot in the foot left, right and centre. Sorry, I know people really want a new chapter but academics comes first over hobbies. Sorry to keep you all waiting like this but I should be able to finish off the chapter during the 1st week of my Easter holiday... hopefully *touches wood*. However after May 15th I am completely done with my exams so I will actually have free time between work and everything else in life.
