“She has to be careful, because the Dark Irregulars can nasty things using the power in the soul.” said Sweetie Belle

‘That’s right, I just have to picture myself being stronger than I am, imagine it.’ thought Apple Bloom closing her eyes. Then saw all the units of her deck standing next to her. “My friends.” She saw five cards in front of her, then there was a bright light and from it came Soul Saver Dragon. ‘That’s right, I can still get stronger.’ “Draw, here I go. Sacred dragon bring your judgment to the battlefield I ride Soul Saver Dragon. Activating my soulblast, to activate Soul Saver Dragon’s Holy Charging Roar. I add 5000 power to Gallatin, Wingal, and Gigantech Charger. This is the most powerful attack right now. Here I go!”

“It’s about to get good.” said Diamond Tiara

“Can Apple Bloom still win it?” asked Silver Spoon

“I don’t know, but with that soulblast she has a chance.” said Rainbow Dash

“With a boost from Marron, Gallatin attacks.” Gallatin jumped up and slashed her.

“That fine, Soul Saver Dragon attacks with support from Wingal.”

“March Rabbit of Nightmareland defends completely!”

At the place where team Crusaders and team Golden Lancer talked was Scootaloo watching the match.

“I don’t believe it, Apple Bloom finally got some momentum and the attacked was blocked.” said Scootaloo

“Scootaloo!” said Rumble tackling Scootaloo.

“How did you know I ran away?” she asked seeing Applejack and Thunderlane.

“Apple Bloom stuck in the tuffs fight of her life, because you deserted your friends.”
“We meet with team Golden Lancer.” said Thunderlane

“They told use Apple Bloom’s planed.” said Applejack

“So she is doing everything she can to win the elimination round. So you fight along side them next week and be part of the team again.”

“Gigantech Charger attacks with a boost from Llew.” said Apple Bloom on the monitor.

“And with that are teams are tied at five damage each.” said Pinkie Pie

“How can you abandoned your teammates when they needed you most? That’s not the Scootaloo I fell in love with.” asked Rumble

Scootaloo remembered what she said before. “I guess being on this team doesn't mean anything to you.”

The wings of destruction are echoing through the night, I ride Stil Vampir.” said Lightning Dust then she turned into a with white earth pony with a black mane and tail holding two katanas. “I soulcharge to increase his power by 2000, and I call Werwolf Sieger. I activate Stil Vampir skill, counterblast and soulblast. I move Llew from the rear guard into the Vanguard circle.” Lightning Dust hit her blades together then Apple Bloom was turned into Llew.

“I can’t believe it.” said Silver Spoon

“This can’t be, what about Soul Saver Dragon?” asked Apple Bloom

“This is the skill of Stil Vampir. During this turn my opponents vanguard becomes the rear guard unit of my choice. Certainly, you have what it takes. But you still got a lot to learn, before you stand up to the challenge of defeating a team Asteroid player. Future Knight, Llew a worrier colt who dreamed about being a knight. “APPLE BLOOM!” shouted a voice from the stands. When Apple Bloom looked to see who called her name out she saw Scootaloo, Applejack, Thunderlane, and Rumble. “YOU CAN DO IT JUST HANG IN THERE.” shouted Scootaloo

“Scootaloo, you're still here.” said Apple Bloom ‘I’m never going to give up. She turned me into Llew for this turn only. If I can survive till the end I’ll get my Soul Saver Dragon back. Then in my next turn, I’ll win the match. Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Spike and I will be go to the finals together.’

“I attack with Werwolf Sieger.”

10000 to 4000

“I guard with Epona.”

10000 to 14000

Werwolf starched Epona.

“With a boost from Alluring Succubus, Stil Vampir attacks.”

19000 to 4000

“I guard with Iseult. That’s right Llew’s a grade zero, so I can only guard with grade zero’s.”

“With Soul Saver Dragon you would have a lot more options. You probably could have stop my attacks. But know Llew’s in the vanguard circle. It’s just like I said a team is only as strong as it’s weakest link, and Llew is the weak on your team.”

“It looks like she’s going to crush Apple Bloom with this attack.” said Pinkie Pie

“The way that Lightning Dust is commanding her units is like she wants to crush any hope from Apple Bloom, before landing the final blow.” said Fluttershy

“Is that why her teammates refer to her as the General.”

“Twin drive. (both no trigger)” She sprouted black bat wing, then flew up and slashed her blade at Apple Bloom. (no trigger)

In the stands.

“I’m sorry, Apple Bloom!” said Scootaloo

Somewhere else in the stands.

“It look’s like team Asteroid wins, and secured the three wins they need to compete in next week's finals.” said Pinkie Pie

In the stadium.

Apple Bloom was disappointed that she lost the match.

‘We didn’t get to face off today Spike, but just you wait.’ thought Lightning Dust before heading back to the dugout as the crowed cheered.

Apple Bloom just stranded there for a few minutes before heading back.

Team Crusaders waited for the last match in their block to be over.

“The final results for block A are in.” said Pinkie Pie as the results came up on the monitor.

“Hey, look.” said Rarity

“There are three team’s tied with one win and two losses.” said Sweetie Belle

Somewhere else in the stands.

“Only two of this team’s will be moving on to the finals next week. Team Asteroid was the only team to secure a spot next week.” said Rainbow Dash

“Then what about the other teams?” asked Diamond Tiara

“Then dose team Crusaders have a chance to make it to the finals?” asked Silver Spoon

On the stand.

“Well it looks like A block is done.” said Cadance

“And it looks like three teams have tied.” said Luna

“So it looks like we will have to look at the out come to decide second place. Here is how it works, in calculating the total scores. We add a point for every game won and take away one for every game loss.” said Celestia

“The team with the highest score movies on to the finals.”

“And the scores are, Team Muscle Brain has negative three points.” said Cadance

“The Wonderbolts has zero points.” said Celestia

“And Team Crusader has negative one points.” said Luna

“So the team movie on next week will be the Wonderbolts and Team Asteroid.” said the three of them. As the crowed cheered.

In the stands.

“Well still, we did our best right. Can you three wait here wall I finish some paper work. And that means stay here, no wandering off like you did before.” said Rarity as she left

“liston, I want to say….” said Apple Bloom

“There you are Spike, I finally found you.” said Flip Side cutting off Apple Bloom “I’ve been looking everywhere for you. It’s been a long, long time. It’s hard to believe you are on a weak team. You can’t possibly enjoy playing with this ponies. So why did you join a team like this? With the amount of players you know, I was sure you were going to make your own team. Or are you hoping to be invited back to team Asteroid.”

“The team I’m on doesn't matter, as long I’m not playing with you.” said Spike as he walked away.

Flip Side looked at Apple Bloom.

“You know if you had just won one match. One win from you would have changed the score, and you team would have been moving on to the finals next week. Your friend Spike he would have made it to the finals with a chance to fight against me. It’s all your fault.”

“Hey, that’s enough.” said Sweetie Belle

“It’s ok Sweetie Belle I don’t like to hear it, but it is true.” said Apple Bloom

Flip Side laugh a little. “So why are you playing on this team? When you're just going to bring them down.” he said just before he walked away. “Where’s Trixie?”

“She’s back at headquarters to start her retraining.” said Lightning Dust

“She is the only one to get a loss of the day. There wasn’t a single loss on the other Asteroid teams.” said Sunset Shimmer

“Once we win the second tournament in a row ponies will final understand the strength of Asteroid.”

‘Looks like we're a force to be reckoned with. Watch us in the finals Spike and you’ll see what your missing.’ thought Flip Side

Back with the Crusaders.

‘Spike, What he said was true.’ thought Apple Bloom remembering what she said before.

We all know who the weakest link is. I don’t mind.” said past Apple Bloom

Then Apple Bloom was on her knees.

‘It’s all my fault that the team lost. Because I’m so weak. I don’t belong with the Crusaders. I not fit to be on the same team as Spike.’

Good chapter. I thought, though you would have have Vampire be a bat pony. Great job with this chapter. I can't wait for the training to begin.
