Princess Twilight Sparkle, Principal Starlight Glimmer, I hereby send this letter to formally request a meeting, in private if possible. There is something important I have share, urgently. Signed, Starswirl the Bearded.

Warning: Romance-driven story written by someone who has never personally experienced romantic love, only stories about it both fictional and not. Not that I mind, but I'm just putting this out, in case this might come off as, eh, stiff, or something, though I hope it won't be.

Written for the M/M shipping contest.

also fun fact no-one asked for, this was originally inspired by the Pillars fic contest, but I kinda forgot about that entirely until it was way too late to even start so here it is now I guess woo

Persephone Gaia Blake is stuck in a bit of a rut.

While all her friends are off following their respective dreams, she's stuck listlessly working at her hippie mother's witchy souvenir shop, peddling crystals and tarot decks to Salem tourists. She doesn’t believe in any of the ‘magic’ nonsense that the city prides itself on promoting to visitors, but she sucks it up to keep the cash flowing and her mother happy. It’s not like she has anything else going on in her life.

Thank goodness her and her friends’ 25th birthday is here to change all that. But is it a change for good?

Well- jury’s still out on that one.

A spinoff of "Five Score, Divided by Four" by TwistedSpectrum. This story follows the updated mature version set in 2020 where MLP got all 9 seasons (albeit with an alternate ending). You should probably check out that first if you want some general understanding of the world, though I don’t think you have to to understand what’s going on. Up to you!

After being free of the Darkness, Stygian has practically thrived since his return from Limbo. He’s become a successful writer, and the Pillars have helped him no longer feel like he’s insignificant compared to them. But even so, he struggles to find his place in the group and still wonders whether he’s actually worth something.

In the midst of it all, Stygian finds himself falling in love with Mage Meadowbrook, the Pillar of Healing. A development that does not go unnoticed by Starlight Glimmer and Pinkie Pie, who offer to help him.

Meanwhile, despite her health clinic becoming even more successful in the modern age, Meadowbrook has felt constantly concerned over Stygian’s well-being. With her guilt over when she first turned her back on him with the others secretly still ongoing, Meadowbrook wonders whether there’s anything she can do to truly ensure that Stygian is alright.

The only question is…why? Why, more than any of the Pillars, has Meadowbrook become so focused on Stygian?

(No actual suicide but talk of it.)

This story is a sequel to A series of unfortunate events that leads to another redeemed villain, yay!

After an old foe long thought to be dead makes a surprising return, and with Celestia, the Mane 6, and every royal guard fighting off an alien invasion, it is up to Luna and her band of reformed baddies to go up against this threat. Oh, and Captain Goodking (formerly The Storm King and The Magic King) tags along too because he thinks it will help with his superhero career.

Special thanks to AnnEldest for helping me with grammar and giving me good writing advice, and DmitriTheWriter for thinking up of the idea of the Seals Of The Planets and Kronos.

Long ago, in ages gone by, I was once the daughter of Equestria’s most potent magic wielder, the mighty Star Swirl.

But an ancient evil known as Stygian returned to the world, tearing my family and land from me.

For years, I trained my mind, body, and faith in Celestia’s holy magic, and when I was of age, I became the wielder of my father’s sword.

I alone stood against the darkness, fighting to free the world from his cold, shadowy grasp. Alas, before I could lay the death blow, he cast me through a mystic portal to the future, where his rule is absolute.

To save our world’s future, I must find a way into the past to finish what I started long ago and undo this nightmare.

((A Samurai Jack/MLP fusion with hopefully some unique flavors))
