The Cutimark Crusaders frequently get into trouble, not everyone has a great appreciation for this.

This was my entry for the Iron Author competition at Everfree NW this year. The only changes that have been made since then are grammatical ones, and finishing a hanging sentence I forgot to cap off.

We had two hours to write a story under 2k words that had to include exactly 3 of the following: Manticores, The Market Place, Pushing the Envelope, and Stars and Stripes.

Scarlet Tangent is a twenty year old Pegasus pony. His life is filled with nothingness and hardship, and the only thing that keeps him going is the small hope that somewhere, somehow, there is a place far better for him than the streets of Manehatten, and he knows the drifter's life is not healthy, and will ultimately be the end of him. His search may be over, as he approaches the small hamlet known as Ponyville...

Rarity has a bit of a problem with a certain substance. She got into it because of work stress, and because she has the money. But from the look of things, it won't be easy to get out anytime soon...

For years, the stories of wolfponies were passed down through generations, a legend that fillies and colts begged their parents to repeat over and over again...

this is gonna be a story about a alicorn named Zesty Zapwing, a male alicorn who survived a airballoon crash in everfree forest as a young foal and has grown up in ponyville.
now at the older age, we join him on his everyday slice of life and watch him grow and remenish.

A team of 8 supernatural ponies who couldn't defeat anyone by themselves but are believed that together, with the right training, they could be our new Super Ponies.

Derpy Hooves, the industrious mailmare gets a special assignment from the Mayor of Ponyville to investigate a strange door on the edge of the Everfree Forest. As it turns out, the gate leads into the realm of the Lord of Chaos. Random crazyness ensues.

Crux, a griffon recently banished from the Griffon Territories hopes to find somewhere to live, and that somewhere is Ponyville.
