The Legend Of The Werepony

"Okay class" Mrs. Cherilee said, sitting down in her chair. "Today is a free day, so that means you get to decide what you want to learn?"

"The Mane 6's battle against Tirek!"

"The Elements Of Harmony!"

"The Legend Of The Vampire Bat Fluttershy!

"Nightmare Moon!"

"Discord!"

"Starlight Glimmer and her time travel adventures!"

"Cutie Marks!" [guess who said that,with their new cutie marks?]

"I know" Button Mash lifted his front hoof "Wolfponies!"

"Ummm... what are Wolfponies?" asked Apple Bloom. Scootaloo nodded.
"Wolfponies are fictional beings" Mrs. Cherilee sat up and faced the board. First she drew a picture of a timberwolf. "When a pony is bitten by a timberwolf, or even scratched deep enough, she,or he will become a Wolfpony. They grow fur,ears and claws,but only on a full moon."

Apple Bloom raised her head, and hoof, tentatively "my sister and Spike were attacked by Timberwolves" she admitted.

The foals and fillies around her gasped. "Did she turn at the full moon?" asked Silver Spoon,eyes wide.

"No" Apple Bloom shook her head "She didn't, I know me and her stayed up late a few nights after that fixing the barn back up." The others all sighed.

"Wolfponies are given incredible strength,hearing and agility. However they are also extremely vicious.

Legends say that long ago, a young foal was born. The foal's parents were both in the business of wood, the mother a lumberjack his father a carpenter. One day, when wandering the forest,the foal got attacked by a Timberwolf. He survived but only just. The next full moon,he turned. Three foals who happened to be bullying him turned up dead. After wards,so did his parents. In pony form realizing
what he had done,jumped off a cliff."

The whole class was dead silent, not a whisper out of anypony. "But there is no evidence that Wolfponies exist,they're just a myth like Frankenpony. Oh, look at the time. Class dismissed."

"So ya think those here legends are true?" asked Apple Bloom.

Scootaloo nodded "Totally! It all adds up!"

"Uh,anyways" Sweetie changed the subject "do you know why Twilight decided to have a meeting outside her castle?"

Apple Bloom shrugged "guess there's only one way to find out."

A large crowd had already gathered outside Twilight's Castle. Twilight and her friends were on the terrace,discussing something,before Twilight stepped up to the edge. "Good afternoon, everypony. Today my friend Apple Jack has found one of her apple trees in shreds, meaning a Wolfpony has just moved into Ponyville."

Shocked gasps emitted from the crowd. "I thought Wolfponies were just myths"called Lyra.

Twilight shook her head. "No,I asked Princess Luna,since they turn every full moon, and she told me that,yes,they do exist. She also told me the reason that the Wolfpony is here is because it can sense another Wolfpony in this town and is setting it's boundaries."

"A-Are you saying that there is a Wolfpony in Ponyville?" asked Mrs. Cake asked putting a protective hoof over Pound and Pumpkin Cake.

"Wait a minute!" Scootaloo said, fluttering her wings slightly. "We just have to chase this Wolfpony out of town and the one who just moved in will follow!"

"Genius! Good job Squirt!" Rainbow Dash fist hoofed the air.

"Hang on" Fluttershy spoke up, "Are we really going to run somepony we know out of town?"

Apple Jack stared at her. "But Fluttershy" she protested "don't you remember how the legends go? What if the Wolfpony loses control, on accident of course, and goes on a rampage."

"But that's a "what if"not a "definitely"

"I'm not saying i want whoever is the werepony to be run out of town" Rainbow said, eyes large and earnest. "But Fluttershy the second Wolfpony might not be as docile. After all it is better to be safe than sorry."

"If anypony has any idea of who it could be" Twilight took center stage once again "please come to one of us. We are going to ask the Wolfpony to leave, we will not resort to violent methods unless we really have to." The Mane 6 nodded.A few ponies in the crowd obviously disagreed, murmuring complaints to one another. Twilight and her friends went back into the castle.

"Well I for one disagree with what they think is going to get that THING away from Ponyville" the newest pony to Ponyville, Violet Glow said sticking her muzzle up into the air. At least twenty others including Octavia,Big Mac,Button Mash,Silver Spoon,Diamond Tiara,Twist, Cherilee and Aloe,the spa pony.

"We should run him out of town!" cheered Button Mash

"Yeah!"

"Yeah!"

"Y'up!"

Apple Bloom turned to her two friends. "We can't let the chase a pony out of town! We have to help him!"
"That is after all, our cutie mark" grinned Scootaloo. "But first we need to find out who it is. Apple Bloom?"

"Ah'm in"Apple Bloom said nodding, "Sweetie Belle?"

Sweetie shook her head "sorry guys, but if we find out who it is, one of those guys might over hear and chase her out of town. But good look!" she called over her shoulder as she set off for Carousal Boutique.

"Why is Sweetie Belle acting so weird?" asked Scootaloo.

Apple Bloom shrugged "Beats me, but lets not worry about her for now." Apple Bloom and Scootaloo spent the rest of the day discussing theories about who the Wolfpony may be.

Author's Note:

I LOVE Werewolves and I love Pinkie Pie and Sweetie Belle so I had an idea:
Lets make a werewolf story

The hardest thing was to choose which character I wanted to star in it. I liked Pinkie much better than Sweetie, but Sweetie Belle just seemed to fit the role better. I can't explain it. Pinkie Pie also just doesn't look right for it. Fluttershy could pull of batpony because of the flat slightly curled hair.

Also,just a side not, who else here thinks that Apple Bloom would look FABULOUS if she wore a hod in class? Inside joke,between us and one of our commentators, lol.

So go on,write werepony fics. I want wereponies to take OVER fimfiction!

All in all, a decent enough start, though do keep an eye on those lists - lots of spaces missed between items. I'd certainly like more wolfpony stories, so do stick with it.

You have a spacing problem. There are some paragraphs that have to much space, and some with the [ , ]

You probably have to read slowly and see what I mean. It's a bit of a mess but your story is really great!
