Caramel had a lot of things, love, happiness, a nice job until his world was wrecked by one big secret. Scared and alone after running away from his home, Caramel finds Big Macintosh, A Stallion who just wants to talk to and befriend Caramel. Little does Caramel know this friendship will blossom into something so much greater.

Caramel is an earth pony, but not as strong nor as fast as the others. He works an okay job and has a small home, but wonders if his life couldn't have turned out differently. And, most of all, he longs to fly like a pegasus. He likes the idea of the wind beneath his wings, of the combination of speed and grace, of freedom to go wherever he wants, something he's currently missing in his life.

A chance encounter with a pegasus living in Ponyville instead of Cloudsdale may give him the opportunity he's been looking for this whole time. If only he wasn't so insecure...

Caramel has the biggest crush on Carrot Top. Every time he tries to talk to her, he chickens out! Big Mac tries to consul his younger cousin but not even his 'Eeyups' can help a heart broken stallion.

Noteworthy and his two best friends Caramel and Lucky enjoy magic, just like any other normal pony. One day, they watch one of Twilight's spells a little too closely and find themselves drastically changed by the experience. Now they have to travel to Cloudsdale and find Twilight Sparkle to change them back.
How will they cope with their new appendages? What will Caramel's fillyfriend say? Will Noteworthy ever get the courage to talk to Pinkie Pie? Will Lucky be stuck with the same ridiculous friends forever? Why is Twilight in Cloudsdale? All this and more in the first of a series of stories centering around the author's favorite, Noteworthy, That Blue Pony.

It makes you realize just how much you don't actually mind doing things. As long as they're for someone you care about nearby. After all, it's just another memory to make.

Caramac fluff coming at you

A few weeks ago (or months, as it may be) I ponified a scene from BBC's Sherlock. It starred Twilight Sparkle as the equivalent of Sherlock Holmes and Applejack as the equivalent of John Watson.

Originally, that would have been the end of it. However, it occurred to me that in this case I could actually extend the character equivalents across the entire series of Sherlock. And so, Twilight, in a good way.

Piece by piece, I am ponifying the episodes of Sherlock. As such, a spoiler warning is warranted:

The mare has always had a great love for travelling, and with a whole new nation opening up she is filled by a need to see it. Unfortunately her beloved hot air balloon won't make such a trip.
Still, trains can't be that bad right, not when so many ponies are using them.

Braeburn asks Big Mac to pay him a visit in Appleoosa to help straighten out a mess he's gotten himself into. Big Mac offers his advice, but soon gets more than he bargained for out of the trip.
