Berry Punch turned her life around and she knows two things:
1. Her life has never been better. She has great friends, and a much improved relationship with Ruby Pinch, her daughter.
2. She grew up a petty inner city criminal. Barely anypony knows, of course. Ponyville's problems tend to get solved by friendship, weaponized or otherwise, and if anypony did need to be roughed up, Berry was probably hung over at the time.

Berry is at peace. So what if she's a little rough around the edges? She's no crazier than her friends. However, her misspent youth and early adulthood seem to catch up to her when her daughter's sire sends a letter indicating that he wants to be part of his daughter's life. That stallion has never shown an interest, and Berry can't believe things are as simple as that. With help from her friends, she intents to get to the bottom of things, and tie up loose ends, if necessary.

It's only right to confide in Bon Bon and Lyra, after all. Bon Bon let Berry in on her past as a monster hunter in a surprising gesture of trust, and the other earth pony at least wouldn't judge Berry for her past.

Berry Punch was an average pony, living in an average city, who owned an average business. In fact, everything about this particular mare was average, with the exception of one thing: her child. While bat ponies weren’t unheard of in Ponyville, one certainly would not meet one every day, let alone the first bat pony documented in the history of Equestria.

A changeling out of place struggles to forge a new life while hiding from his race. He will need to find good sources of love to keep himself strong, but what if love meant more to him than food? Can he really afford to wait for somepony special? This is the story of Cherry Plum, a self-named changeling that wants to be a pony everypony would want to call friend. But he may find more than friendship in the small town of Ponyville.

Rainbow Dash has pulled off a Double Sonic Rainboom and by Celestia was it glorious! However, where do all the ponies without homes go now? A few got destroyed after all. Well...for Carrot Top, Snowflake (better known as Roidrage), Miss Hooves, her daughter Dinky, Octavia, Berry Punch, her sister Pina Colada, Minuette 'Colgate' and Vinyl Scratch...they find shelter in a volunteered communal home whilst the town and their respective houses are repaired.

It shouldn't be too long of a wait thanks to the industrious and hard working nature of Ponyville's finest crafts-ponies, right?

Surely the temporarily cramped conditions will go by in a flash...a harmless, uneventful, flash.

Starlight still isn't entirely sure she belongs in Ponyville after her whole change the past plan goes poorly. It takes a strong pony to realize that sometimes you can't help everypony and Twilight realizes this. She sends Starlight to a bar to meet a friend and hopes she didn't make a mistake sending her student to the most bitter pony she knows.

When her mom suggests a family only trip, Sunset and her sisters are on board. The nine family members learn a lot about each other and conquer their own individual fears in the process.

Berry Punch may be the town alcoholic, but it hasn't always been that way. Though she has always seen herself as vulnerable and undesireable, she was once a young mare full of hopes and dreams just like anypony else. This story hilights one of the most difficult and most wonderful periods of her life: the birth of her daughter, as well as her love for the brown stallion who made her life worth living.

But Cherry Cola has some secrets of his own. Will they get in the way of his relationship with the one he is certain is his soulmate, or is Berry truly the pony he trusts she is, ready to forgive and forget and make a life together work out.

I tried to write an adventure story, an exciting slice of life story, and a fun story but of course the first fanfic I feel confident enough in to post is a sappy, cheesy, love story that may not even rival Twilight. And yes, the cover image is original which is why it's so bad. Honestly, I want as much feedback on this as possible - be mean, I can take it. I'd really like to improve.
