After having lunch with A.K Yearling, Rainbow becomes interested in trying to write a book. About herself and her teammates, what they're like when they're not performing. She creates chapters that share anecdotes of her team, all taking place in her daily life. Because with her team, every day's a new dramatic adventure. After all, no one has ever seen the Wonderbolts from the other side of the flight suit.

This story is a semi-sequel to Ex-Bolt's Rising by Melody Song. This is an adopted fic, so the first 8 chapters are by her. I will be writing the remaining chapters starting with chapter 9.

Edit 3/7/21: this story is now on hiatus, reason is detailed here

It's been a long year since Soarin and Braeburn went their separate ways due to Soarin's work, and somehow every opportunity for the two to meet up was canned in one way or another. They keep in touch through letters, trying to keep their pathways of life entangled no matter how far apart they remain. What either pony was half-expecting to be a simple week of passion and discovery grew, in a way, through this connection. But still, it's not enough. This becomes clear when Braeburn's letters one day cease to arrive.

It's been weeks since Soarin was expected to recover from his flight accident that happened in the middle of the Wonderbolt's tour. The hospital walls seem bare and uninviting, his only escape from the silence being the heavy downpours frequent in the rainy season. He happens to meet Braeburn on the night of the Wonderbolts final show of the tour which he was supposed to be with, upset and angry he finds comfort in Braeburn's warm words and kindness. Soon their lives become entangled, their stories intertwining under the falling debris.

She's Spitfire - trick flier extraordinaire, commanding officer of the Wonderbolts, an Equestrian hero, and a role model for everypony that lays eyes upon her. For that reason, the fact that she smokes is something that the 'Bolts try to keep hidden - it protects her image, their image, and protects the youth of Equestria from her bad habit.
Because, as all of Equestria knows, smoking is bad.
Her secret remains contained within the Wonderbolts, to the point that many of their newest recruits don't even know about her habit until they join. So when they find out, well... they all have their own reactions.
And then there's her faithful executive officer, who hates her habit but is always there to back her up, in public or private. Because Soarin's her XO, and that's what an XO does.

This story is rated as 'Teen' due to the somewhat mature topics - particularly tobacco use.

A stallion wakes to the Main Six ponies standing around him. He doesn't know them, and the only memories he has are blurs of sound and light. The Main Six take it upon themselves to help him regain his memories while making some of their own. During it all, there is an ongoing war between a race of wolves called the Lupine, and the Griffons. This war threatens to spill over into the heart of Equestria as Princess Celestia works to bring both sides to a peaceful solution. As the war and his memories gain strength, he may find that sometimes you are better off starting over.

Rated T just in case...you never know what I might write. Cover Image is up!

Just a disclaimer...I have a bit of an idea where this is going, but it is one of my fan fictions and as such it usually is written on the fly, and without a great deal of planning. This is because what feels right to me one day may feel completely wrong the next.

I am an experienced fan fiction writer in other fandoms, but this is my first foray into My Little Pony fan fiction. As such, please be harsh...I like constructive criticism, so if you have an opinion on my writing please post a comment!

Something about Lightning Dust just seemed a little 'off'. Sometimes she didn't react the right way to the world around her, and sometimes the way she reacted was positively frightening... but it wasn't until she laughed off nearly killing a couple of ponies that anypony actually realized just how messed up she was.

Cover art is by the amazing and godlike Conicer.
