This story is a sequel to Equestria Ninja Girls: Equestrian Triceraton

Our heroes have teamed up with a local town hero who is well known for turning into alien heroes, his friends, and a secret team of galactic police officers, in order to solve the mystery of strange alien sightings all over towm. During this, the town hero has to bond with her sister and teach her how to use her powers.

The Turtles, Rainbooms, and their allies saved their universe many times. However, they’re not going to save their universe this time around, it’s the Young Ninjas turn and they’re going to save the Music and Arts Program of CHS due to the school’s low budget. The only way to earn big money is to participate a martial arts tournament that is held in CHS. But standing in the Young Ninjas’ way is the undefeated dojo known as Viper Kai. Can they overcome this undefeated karate dojo and earn the cash prize to save CHS?
