This story is a sequel to Equestria Ninja Girls Magic in Manhattan

The Rock "N" Beats and CMC find a magical book in the library, and they find themselves in a magical world with an ogre named Shrek. With the return of an enemy from a video game, he alters the world of Canterlot City and builds up a kingdom.
