Fluttershy and Angel Bunny are saved from certain death by an unknown force, but it's identity might not be so unfamiliar after all. Especially to Angel, to whom it offers some sage advice...

This story is about Discord and his impact on everypony... until one day chaos strikes upon himself and he is left behind on his own, having nopony to guide his way, as he struggles keep going.

This story is inspired by "Bride of Discord" ... taking place between part 1 and 2, but its NO official pre-sequel or anything! Just ... fan stuff (of fan stuff):) Have fun! *kisses*

Ding-a-ling! The bell attached to the shop's door rang out a high note. “Hello, welcome to- Oh. Hi Fluttershy.”

“Hi.” Fluttershy's pink mane bobbed in rhythm with her hoofsteps as she trotted between the shelves, out of Jasmine's sight. The pegasus had her ears put back, her eyes on the floor, and her usual mellow smile was nowhere to be seen. Would she be in the mood to talk about whatever troubled her, or did she just want tea instead of a nosy pony digging into her business? Maybe the best course of action would be a simple 'How are you?' when she came to pay?

In seeing the new episode of Sounds of Silence, I was rather excited and wanted to make a similar story of my own. In this one, it would be based around a different type of species, one that is quite popular, and one that I believe can fit into the MLP Universe. These are known as the Tikbalang. In summary, a race of horse people that have existed for a very long time within Filipino mythology, dating at least 4 centuries before Spanish colonies had settled. So here is my tiny project, in a theoretical episode on "what if Applejack and Fluttershy had went on a friendship quest to solve a problem involving the Tikabalang?".

After the current ruler of Tartarus steps down, Princess Celestia and Luna are tasked with finding the very best replacement possible.

Sadly, that's not exactly who shows up to apply.

Deep in the Badlands, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy lead an expedition to the ancient, lost city of Petrot, which had survived for decades during the first reign of Discord two and a half thousand years ago. There, they uncover fabulous treasures and ancient knowledge, as well as unsettling hints about the possible history of Equestria and its immortal sovereigns.
