This is a random idea I came up with since I wanted a unique idea for the contest. Then I realized that I wanted to write more stories for Lil' Cheese! Then I realized that Maud and Lil' Cheese's dynamics could come together! Haha!

Lil' Cheese lives in the friendliest town in Equestria, Ponyville, and has the coolest parents in the world, the two best party planner ponies around, Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich! But one thing the little colt doesn’t have is his very own pet, like Pinkie has Gummy and Cheese has Boneless. But when his parents say no, Lil' Cheese begins to think that there isn’t a creature in Equestria that would ever want to be his pet... or is there?

But when that plan falls through, he has to quickly organize one within the next few hours. Which shouldn't be a problem for the son of the two biggest party ponies in Equestria right?

After his wife's death, Big Macintosh never thought that love would knock on his door again, until he began to communicate virtually with an anonymous pony, with whom he immediately feels a connection.
At the same time, after going through a difficult divorce process, Marble Pie is convinced by her sister to try to love again and has renewed hope in her heart when she meets an anonymous pony. But both are not even aware that they already knew each other.
Meanwhile, Chee Chee and Bright Mac the second admit that after years of close friendship, they've fallen in love, but are unsure about the idea that their families can be related and that what they feel for each other is a forbidden feeling.
To help her older brother, Apple Belle along with her best friends Rocky, her twin cousins Andesite and Branchina and the youngest of them all, Buttercup, go on a quest to find out if their families are really related or not.

Ghosts of the past continue to haunt Cozy Glow in more ways than one. Not only does she have to adjust to her fate with her newly adopted mother, Princess Twilight, but she also has to rescue her human counterpart from a coma, thus repaying an old debt. As she investigates why this is happening, she gradually realizes that she isn’t the only one who is recovering from a tragic history.

Note: This story can be viewed as a follow up to my earlier stories "Sky Dancer, the First Flying Unicorn", "The Shadow Queen", and "Here I Am" can even be considered an outright prologue to this story. None of these stories are required reading but be warned that this new story has major spoilers for those earlier stories as early as chapter 1.

As luck would have it, Cheese Sandwich is also unavailable to foalsit, as his "Cheesie Sense" is calling him back to Manehattan to plan a birthday party for one of his relatives. So now he and his wife have to find a foalsitter on short notice.

To the relief of both parents, a candidate soon steps forward despite her lack of experience in dealing with Lil' Cheese: Diamond Tiara. Can Diamond Tiara break the curse that has plagued so many other foalsitters for the child of Pinkie and Cheese? Or will Lil' Cheese prove to be too much even for her?

It's time for Lil Cheese to choose her familiar.

But as her parent's choice of friends clash, she'll find a friend she can uniquely click with.

Lil Cheese has a lot to live up to as the child of the element of laughter, but he mostly doesn’t give it a second thought going on adventures with his best friend Lil Mac. However, as secrets are revealed Lil’ Cheese begins to question who he is, and what his purpose is.
