Seven years. For seven years she was neglected. In that time, she was underpowered, defeated by a nag in the moon, defeated by an evil bug roach, a victim to tentacle vines, defeated again by the same evil bug roach as before, as well as many other slights and insults in between.

All she wanted was one episode of her own, one to show her glorious personality in all of its radiant glory. Unfortunately, it was not to be. Her impressive record as the longest living and serving monarch (now diarch, lots of love to dear, dear Little Luna), brokering peace and prosperity the likes of which no other nation could hold a candle to! Or a sun, for that matter.

Time to do something about that.

Ledger Line is an accountant, and a unicorn at that. He can't grow a thing to save his life, which is bad because he's currently the owner of Cherry Jubilee's cherry orchard, and it's drowning in debt.

Enter Applejack. Applejack is an earth pony, not so good with numbers but definitely good at working in an orchard. She doesn't talk about herself much, but he's not about to question his only hope for saving the orchard. Things like her constant recurring nightmares and that hawk she always carries can stay, along with her cherry pies and business sense, if he's got any hope for saving the orchard.

If you've ever seen Ladyhawke, you know where this is going.

This story is a sequel to A Pie Without Filling

Set two months after the events of A Pie Without Filling, reading that story first is advised.

Cheese lets his thoughts wander as he strolls around town. Only to find that a solution might be right under his nose.

Somehow, Discord managed to get not one or two, but three of Equestria's princesses to fall for him.

I was taught all my life that ponies were evil, that ponies were our enemy, and that they were murderous monsters who want nothing more than to kill anything that wasn't a pony or equine like. I was taught that they had encroached onto our lands. I was taught that they beat the drums of war first when they slaughtered outlying villages and razed sacred forests. I believed those that taught me to hate, and I joined with the Imperial Army to hope to drive the equine scourge back from our lands.
