Well Fillies and Gentlecolts, I know its a day late but to be fair, today is actually my birthday so I decided it would be better to post the review today.
There seems to be a recent trend pushing for me to ship Ranell and Gadget in my Lab Horse series...
Shall I? 
EDIT: Whoops. I was probably getting a bit ahead of myself. It's just a single person suggesting to ship, but it's still something I could easily pull off.
...Not to mention the slew of possibilities that shipping a major character and a minor character would bring in terms of fueling the metaphorical flame of the story...
I changed the name of my current WiP HiE 'Melody' to 'My Heart's Content'.
I feel the title 'Melody' may have been a bit too simple and not relating enough to the story I am currently building up. So, I changed it to something I think is more fitting for the situation my MC is in. Thus, the title.
Next chapter of Equestrian Human is in-production right now, and boy, am I enjoying all this dialogue.
Specifically, the dialogue between Gadget and her dad.
The world we live in and the people in it aren't so bad in the end.

And my faith in humanity has dropped just a little bit lower. Look, I get what she was doing was technically illegal, but she was doing it to help a sick student. If anything, she should be rewarded, not charged!

Not that she hasn't already eaten fried chicken before...
"Is…Is that…?" she whispered in disbelief.
"That it is, Roxy," Taka replied as he stepped into her field of vision, "The edge of the forest."
It was right there. It was right there! It would take her little more than a minute or two to reach it. She couldn't believe it. It had to be some weird forest-mirage. Could it really be that her home, her own world, was just beyond that old gate?
Roxy found herself reflecting on the incredible journey she had gone through. Once her Poké Ball had deposited her in that forest, she had thought her life was over forever. It had felt like all but her beating heart had been taken away from her all at once, never to return. A brief spark of hope was all that had remained, and that had been the only thing that kept her safe from the predators.
So Age of Kings is moving along quite well. I suppose now is as good a time as any to mention that as far as Emerald Edge and the ancestors' quest is going, it will be some time before the story is over. Expect twists and turns and all manner of the unexpected to happen before the story ends, but I would really be obliged if anyone who reads this blog would head on over and check it out. I do love reading comments from readers and I think most people would like the idea of the story.

Anyway, I'm currently working on Chapter 22, and it currently stands at 12,000+ with three scenes. Some conflict happens between the characters, other stuff. Though I don't want to spoil too much, I'll leave you with a little something. Ps: I think, hopefully, the new chapter will be out next month, so keep your eyes peeled
