I was only made aware of this a few hours ago. Wow! I am beyond shocked and humbled that someone thought one of my works was worthy of an audio reading.
sry for the many . It's only because I'm actually crying irl! This is just wonderful.

Jessica Wu was thinking about Andrew Vader again. Andrew was an intuitive lover with skinny lips and feathery abs.
Jessica walked over to the window and reflected on her quiet surroundings. She had always loved derelict Upper Boggington with its panicky, purring parks. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel ecstatic.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the an intuitive figure of Andrew Vader.
So, I've seen the film. I've seen some reviews, some good, some bad. And I've written/am writing stories in that particular sub-universe!
Now, obviously, the movie is not perfect. It's paced too quickly, there are issues with the attempted Aesop that may or may not actually be part of the upcoming series (I'm hoping they are), and they could have explained things better all around. Again, hoping they'll handle some of this stuff in the series in the future!
I wonder if they'll do Equestria Girls again for Generation 5, but this time it's in the far future. Alien, space ships, and whatever. Something like a Futurama theme.
I still didn't like it. The plot is still dumb, the message is still pretty ham-fisted, and while the main characters aren't the Mane Six clones that I thought they were, I feel most of them are a bit one-note. Oh, and there's also the inconsistencies between G4 and G5.
But because I feel like I'm repeating myself, let's move onto the things I did like:
Old Man Shepherd had taken Sunny and her friends to an ancient cavern, far from Maretime Bay.
Hitch: "Uh huh... There a reason we're out here?"
Izzy: "Is it a good reason? Like a secret candy stash? Ugh, two thousand year old candy! Gross!"
Shepherd: "Hang on... I know it was around here somewhere... Aha." He hits a control and a secret passageway slowly opens "There we go."
Sunny: "Oh wow! A secret door?!"
Hello, everyone. Been a long time.
The last time I logged into this account was 2015. Sorry to be away so long. 8 years.
I don't know who's gonna be reading this, nor do I know if anyone will really care.
But I just want you all to know I'm okay. I didn't die or anything drastic like that. Not yet, anyways.
Greetings all, by necessity this will likely be short to avoid spoilers. But first! Some appropriate music (apologies I couldn't find this song with pony cover art).
A couple weeks ago, Hasbro's investor event happened and it's high time to look into it in more detail and to write about it! There was surprisingly little information about Generation 5 during the event's livestream, but a few interesting observations could still be made.
Go read it! And share to any groups you think might want it!
We're now half-way through the Generation 5 Bingo Writing Contest.
I know 3 months feels like a long time, but it disappears before you know it.
There are still prompts available if you want to join in.
[laughs nervously] So… now you can get an exclusive behind-the-scenes insight on the creation of this story!
NOTE: Brief notes (yes, I mean it this time!) on the revised version are at the blog post's bottom.
Recently I've been thinking a lot about what's wrong with My Little Pony's newest generation. Or, well, about why I didn't like it, because different people value different things in art, and what is important to some others can easily ignore. And the first aspect I want to analyse is how "My Little Pony: A New Generation" tries to talk about politics and avoid it at the same time.
All the authors who've signed up for the Generation 5 Bingo Writing Contest have now been sent their randomly-generated prompt cards.
The contest is still open. Just comment here to sign up, and I'll send you a prompt.
Turns out we're gonna be getting not one, but TWO new series for the new My Little Pony generation this year!
A 2D weekly Youtube spinoff series on April 7th called My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale...
