Stuck as an aide to a bunch of second-year students at Gifted Unicorns, Sunset Shimmer thought picking one to tutor might be entertaining… and maybe advance her plans for the mirror and her eventual ascension.
This 'Moon Dancer' filly is just a means to an end, after all.
So why can’t Sunset sleep after Moon Dancer storms out on her? Why are Princess Celestia and Professor Polish so concerned about her?
But most importantly, why is Sunset starting to doubt herself?
This was all part of the plan. Right?

This story is a sequel to Princess Celestia: A Brief History

When Celestia first laid eyes on Twilight Sparkle, she knew she’d seen her somewhere before. Though she’d managed to hide this from both Sunset and Twilight, after they departed for the evening, Celestia needed to be sure.
With her trusted aide Raven at her side and a dangerous threat on the horizon, Celestia heads to the offices of the Equestrian Secret Service to investigate her suspicions.
Because if she’s right, the possibility of eternal night is the least of Equestria’s concerns.

Entry for the Choices: A Species Change Contest!

A species' swap interpretation of Season 1 - episode 1 and 2!

Author's note: Unfortunately this story came at a time of bad burnout and lack of motivation, so this ended up just a bit rushed. I hope you enjoy it either way!

================================

An ambitious Earth pony is instructed by her mentor to make some friends. She is sent to the town of Creatureville, where she encounters those that would forever change the course of her life.

Of course, she's just not quite aware of the fact. And she's not aware what they look like yet, either!

Sweetie Belle is getting to be that age. She's thinking thoughts she never thought before. One such thought is about babies; Where exactly do they come from?

And why is it so difficult to find the answer to that question?

The signs of the Zap Apple harvest are weeks overdue. A worried Applejack seeks Twilight's help in figuring out what's wrong...

The requests come in, the paintings go out, and the Bits arrive later. That's the shaky system "Rainbow" has managed to work out for herself. A life lived through letters is a little lonely, but she can at least be certain she'll never be seen by someone who recognizes her copypasted face.

You'd think a Rainbow Dash replica would remember that Twilight uses Spike for everything mail related.

:scootangel:Now with a Youtube reading!

:pinkiegasp: And a written review!

This is an entry in the Snippet Series, an anthology of old oneshots that I (and my good buddy Str8aura) wrote based around interesting pics I found. New ones will be posted every Thursday for the foreseeable future.

Dee stays loyal to Mum, which means obeying all her Rules. Hide when company is over. Keep your sweater tight over your wings. Never speak the name "Rainbow Dash."

The problem with Rules is sometimes they don't help. Like when a scary purple unicorn shows up to ask Mum some dangerous questions.

Dangerous questions about Dee.

Things were normal for Ponyville, but then a glowing green ring appeared to change everything. And it is only the beginning...

Consultant: the ever-helpful ianmoone.

Teen right now, just to be safe. Please note that, while the mane six is one of the character tags, it will be a while before Applejack shows up. There will probably be a little violence in later chapters. Will add characters and tags as they are introduced/needed. Will probably only focus on red, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet lantern corps, one character in each (notice the wording).

Chapters (14)

Applejack knew that Apple Bloom was growing up, and she knew that one day it would be her job to tell her about where baby ponies come from, why she suddenly has weird feelings for colts (or fillies, maybe), and what happens to mares every summer that brings the previous two facts full circle. She just didn't think that time would be now. And she also didn't think she'd have to tell her sister's two best friends about it at the same time.

In hindsight, Rarity probably wasn't the best pony to run to for help.
