But what if things happened differently?
What if Sunset never figured out who Anon-a-Miss really was?
What if her friends refused to listen after her little chat with Twilight?

Sunset has reached the final page in her journal to Twilight. With no idea what to write on it, she has to think about living life without the guidance that she's relied on for so long, and possibly without one of her best friends.

All Fluttershy needs is a little bit of help, and everything will be fine. She can always count on her friends to help her in her time of need. They're such good friends. But... where are they?

Princess Luna faces a philosophical quandary that challenges the very concept of Equestria's cuboid storage devices.

One day, when Twilight Sparkle goes to Sugar Cube Corner, asking Pinkie Pie for a cake for her friend Lyra's birthday, Pinkie excitedly tells her about a new food she found out about, that a gang of rogues had brought to her.
Pinkie fails to see how suspicious this food really is. The fact that rogues (who weren't even allowed to live in Equestria; they're rogues, for Celestia's sake!) gave her a rare food that only they had, and no pony else knew about is completely fine with her. Twilight however DOES realize this, and instantly recognizes this food to be known as "corndogs." But she doesn't have the heart to tell her friend that this uncommon edible treat is actually some ponies' friends.

I have no regrets.

Summer vacation has arrived and Sunset Shimmer finds herself alone. Her only friends are busy with their own summer plans leaving Sunset to figure out what one does when they are alone. A chance encounter with a strange, blank book changes that. Now she will help a friend rediscover that a friend kept in your heart is never really gone. And perhaps she will learn a bit about friendship herself along the way from her new friend of no brain.
