Twilight wakes up alone and scared on an unfamiliar ship with a group of unfamiliar humanoids. Things take a turn for the worst when the group find themselves trapped on a ship overrun with mutated damntations that will stop at nothing to kill the humans and the out of place pony.

Teaming up with fellow survivor Isaac Clarke, Twilight attempts to escape the abominations and find her way back home. But can she really trust Isaac's sanity?

Disillusioned by the tragic events on Panchaea, Adam Jensen chooses to subsequently end everything and hope that mankind will find a solution to the augmentation debate by itself. Instead of welcoming death however, he finds himself in a strange utopian world filled with pastel-colored ponies.

Unfortunately, this does not mean Adam is allowed any reprieve from morally challenging decisions.

A/N: Deus Ex: Equestria is written in a way that does not confuse people new to the lore too much but feels familiar with the players. This story will feature a vote at the end of several chapters that will affect the direction of the story based on Adam Jensen's actions in the world. It is divided into three categories: Combat, Stealth, and Diplomacy. Choose wisely, for it will have long-standing consequences.

Luna does her best to catch up on the events of the past thousand years and ends up reading even more than Twilight.

One day, an ancient tome slips into her pile of reading material and she reads it eagerly. What she finds there may very well be the discovery of the millennium: The location of the last refuge of the humans.

With the help of Twilight and her friends, the Lunar Princess sets out on an archaeological expedition to find the very last human on the planet of Equus.

And they found one, but why is he forged in a full body armor and claims to not being a human... Well he's not one anymore.

Equestria has made the discovery of the century. They found what they believed to be the last of the mythical race of the humans trapped inside of a large crystal. Curiosity takes hold and with the help of Twilight Sparkle and the elements of harmony they decide to set it free. But was that a wise decision?

The Green Lantern Corps. Protectors of The Universe, led by the ancient Guardians of Oa, these peacekeeping soldiers protect nearly every sector of the universe with one sole weapon: the Green Lantern Ring. But not all of the universe is under protection; there remain several patches of space unprotected by Guardian influence. In one of these Sovereign Systems rests a particular planet, Pax Harmonia, full of many creatures and governments; the most notable being the Kingdom of Equestria.

When a sole Guardian appears before the rulers of Equestria, Princesses Celestia & Luna, and asks for a favor from old acquaintences, the peaceful country will be forced to deal with the concequences of letting a creature out of myth twice fold live amongst them: not only a Green Lantern... but a human. A young, cocky human named Hal Jordan...

Deckard Cain, the last of the Horadrim and loremaster of Tristram, gets more than he bargained for when he attempts to chronicle a mysterious cult summoning. As portals go haywire, Deckard Cain gets thrown into a world he doesn't know, against an evil that cannot be vanquished.

After a freak Geller Field accident, Ursarkar E. Creed wakes up in Equestra. He soon finds himself in a battle of wits with Discord, while trying to adjust to the strange, candy-colored world he appeared in.

Wait, Cthulhu is a brony? We're talking aout the destruction god Cthulhu right, not some weirdly named dude, right? ...wow. So Cthulhu is taken to Equestria apparently and... Oh, just read the story. I have better things than to type up a long description of all this craziness. Just... read it.
