NEW PRINCESS ATTACKS GRIFFONSTAN IMPORTS

The Equestria Daily can exclusively report that newly crowned Princess Twilight Sparkle became embroiled in an argument with the Griffonstani trade minister about the inferior quality of griffon quills, alleging that "they just don't hold ink as well as pegasus quills". Import markets tumbled overnight, threatening the solvency of numerous Equestrian quill merchants. Princess Sparkle could not be reached for comment.

Twilight cast a spell and got herself turned into a filly. Luna has tricked Celestia into believing there is no cure, and now as Luna tries to 'find a cure' Celestia has to look after Twilight the Alicorn; filly version. And heaven knows Alicorns are not born often for a reason.

It seems as if Twilight Sparkle knows all there is about the night sky. During a fateful astronomy exam, however, she learns that sometimes the most amazing things to learn come from her teachers, and not from a star chart.

Twilight Sparkle is a unicorn, and she has a problem...

The friends we take for granted are often the ones that leave the largest impact on our lives. When Spike falls seriously ill with a mysterious disease and the ponies strive to nurse him back to health, Twilight Sparkle comes to grips with this very realization about her number one assistant--and friend.

EDIT: So this little story made it on Equestria Daily on 10/8/12. Now please excuse me while I pass out on Rarity's fainting couch while murmuring a soft Fluttershy "...yay."

When the young Twilight gets her mind set on something, nothing will pull her away. Sometimes this determination leads her to do great things; other times it dumps her in the pouring rain. And, of course, she drags princess Celestia along for the ride.

"My dear Twilight Sparkle,

Thank you for your recent letters. And I must apologize to you first and foremost that I have not responded back in kind to each and every one. I imagine has this concerned you, but please don't worry. Things have been very unsettled here in the castle as of late. Princess Luna has been researching Equestrian history, and I find myself in a strange kind of mood..."

Whether it is because of fear, anger, or jealousy, Luna feels she has to talk to Twilight Sparkle the day before her transformation. What happens between the both of them could either change their relationship, or ruin it.

Twilight's caught a special type of flu, and it's up to none other than Princess Celestia to nurse her through it. A special, tender little moment follows in this most unexpected of circumstances.

Princess Celestia wants to teach her Faithful Student, the young Twilight Sparkle, the magic that the night sky holds. In an empty field that stretches on in every direction for miles, where there's no light to obscure or pollute the sky, the stars have as much of a voice as either of the ponies do.
