Another day for Derpy, another day with more ponies yelling at her for some reason or another. She makes her way to her one safe haven in town, Sugarcube Corner, to find some solace in a certain treat. But after getting some crushing news, its up to a certain baby dragon to help her through the day.

But it was all torn away like the golden badge that had once struck her brave, strong chest.

Diamond Tiara has never been the nicest pony in Ponyville. In fact, she's rather mean. But, with the help of an unlikely somepony, perhaps she can learn to see past her flaws and find the courage to nurture an unfostered talent of hers.

Twilight Sparkle can't fly. She's tried as hard as she can, but she can barely lift her hooves off the ground without smacking her face into something. Rainbow Dash has tried to teach her a thing or two about it, but it only leads to failed attempts and frustrated antics.

Princess Celestia decides that this will not do. A princess who cannot fly is not much of a princess at all. She asks the captain of the Wonderbolts to remedy the problem before the public learns of Twilight's shortcomings. As they spend more and more time together, Spitfire and Twilight will forge a bond far stronger than that of a simple student teacher relationship.

Gummy is the best pet in the world! He always listens to me, never moans or complains when I talk too much, and always comes along with me without any resistance. Sure, he isn't much of a talker, but he's a really swell listener. Every day I spend with him is super fantastic!

Yet, Mr. and Mrs. Cake always look sad every time I play with Gummy. Those sillies! Don't they know that Gummy couldn't hurt me even if he wanted to? He's all gums! Duh! Even my friends have been showing "concerns" about my relationship with Gummy.

I don't know why they're being such party poopers all of a sudden!
