A strange blue box crash lands in the middle of the Everfree Forest to be discovered by Twilight and Spike. The Doctor stumbles out of it and makes the shocking discovery that he's accidentally traversed to another universe entirely! Ready to test his new four legs in this universe, the Doctor does what comes naturally to the renegade Time Lord; jumps cutie mark first into danger.

With Twilight Sparkle and the other Elements there to make sure he doesn't do anything too stupid, the Doctor with his TARDIS goes off to explore everything this new universe has to offer. New adventures and historical ponies await the crew as they continue to go onwards and upwards.

Derpy has always been the sad kind of pony. Her completely unfocused eyes haven't helped at all. She had been teased all her life and was just at the brink of ending it all. No more sadness, no more mockery. That's when she met an interesting stallion who changed her life for the better.

After saving Ponyville from the Cyberponies, the Doctor takes Derpy, Dinky, Vinyl and Octavia on their first adventure through time and space. Their destination; The Splendor, a massive cruise ship travelling the stars and powered by one. But, as usual, it doesn't take long for things to take a turn to the worst as the ship is overtaken by some hostile invaders with very nasty plans for the most amazing cruise ship in the galaxy. The Doctor must save not only his friends and the guests of the ship, but an entire world. The balance of an intergalactic war is on the line, and only the Doctor can save everyone.

No pressure.

The left wall of Sugarcube corner had been nearly completely demolished by the box, and it was a testament to the skill of the earth-ponies who had constructed the building that it was still standing at all. She shook her head and went to examine the words at the top of the thing that had caused all the havoc.
"Police public call box" she murmured softly, eyes almost glowing with curiosity

Twilight Sparkle is planning on having a relaxing day, but that all changes when a blue police box crashes into Sugarcube corner. Now Twilight, Pinkie, and a strange stallion named the Doctor have to try to save Equestria from a threat disguised as their own beloved ruler.

After his battles with the greatest evils in existence, The Doctor and Company decide to take a short rest. However, rest isn't exactly an option for this Time Lord.

A dark secret of his home is brewing, and it's going to take all Five Doctors, and quite a few companions to stop it.

My favorite classic Doctor Who story, ponified and reinterpreted for your reading pleasure. If it goes over well, I may continue the process. But only for the classic series.

Dinky Hooves, a pony who doesn't feel like she is a pony at all. She extremely smart, she better than anypony in sports, and haves really sharp senses. These are only a few things on her list that she's wondering about. Like for example despite being a unicorn, her mother is a Pegasus with no unicorn background. Also she learned that her father, whom she never met before, was an earth pony!

She can go on and on with the mental list of difference between her and other pony's. She asked her mother why she feels different and the only responce was "becouse you are a very special filly."

Join Dinky as she tries to find out to see if she is just a special filly or something more.

Also who is this brown Earth pony with an hour glass cutie mark keeps stalking her.

It was a normal day for the Doctor when it all started. A Dalek spaceship, near death experiences every five minutes, the usual. That all changes when a slip up ends with him falling through a tear in time and space while regenerating. Now he's trapped in an alien universe full of magic and...ponies. First time for everything right? Now a villain twice defeated is back for an encore and knows a lot about the last Time Lord for a creature who spends the majority of his time trapped in stone. Maybe it has something to do with the gray pegasus who seems to know exactly who he is.

I rated this teen for the more dark themes. Also, this takes place during season 2, just to clear up any confusions regarding the best villain ever. Thanks to my friend Rolona for the awesome cover art. Go check her out on Deviant Art!

This is my first fanfiction that I wrote. The other two I have uploaded were written after this one, I just didn't upload this one first. The Doctor falls through a strange wormhole while he was regenerating and ends up in Equestria as a pony. He is sucked into an epic story with the local mail mare, Ditzy Doo (Derpy Hooves).

Amy and Rory are gone now, and there is a hole in the Doctor that he has contended with so many times before. It's bigger than ever though, and even he has no hope that it can be filled. Stranded in Ponyville at the height of his depression, only Ditzy "Derpy Hooves" Doo has a chance of returning the Doctor to his old self. The problem is that when dealing with a broken Timelord, two hearts need fixing instead of one.

'I was the only one who could end it. And I tried, I did; I tried everything.'
The Daleks are back, but this time, they push The Doctor over the limit. They kill him, using up his 12 regenerations. Now he has no choice but to die forever. And nobody will ever see him again.

.... at least not in his Universe.

A strange new pony has showed up in Equestria. One who calls himself The Doctor, and refuses to shut up about topics the ponies will never hope to understand. But that is not the only problem.

The Master is back. This time with all the species he can find that hate The Doctor. Weeping Angels, Slitheen, and most importantly, Daleks. He plans to launch an attack on Equestria, destroying it, and The Doctor all in one shot. This is the Second Great Time war, and The Doctor can not take on all his enemies at once, or alone...
