The rising metal band, Valediction, is on tour throughout Equestria! All was going smoothly until an unexpected incident at their performance in Manehattan injures a wyvern fan. Wracked with guilt and determined to make amends, the frontpony for the band, Killjoy, sets out to help her new friend Ash, along with the help of her bandmates, Blast and Rosella. 

Having never befriended a non-pony before, Killjoy quickly discovers the stark differences between their cultures, and encounters many injustices the dragon often faces. 

The odd pair encounter and overcome many obstacles throughout their blooming friendship, working together to give more non-pony artists a platform in hopes of building a stronger community, like how Princess Twilight intended.

A small group of bards; a pegasus named Killjoy Basso, and fraternal twins, Blast and Rosella Roth were summoned to embark on a journey to retrieve the necessary magic to resurrect a dear alchemist friend. Due to a tragic incident leaving her in an unconscious state, the three set off to various locations, learning more about the magic system of their world. They come across a countless new faces and meet some life-long friends who end up joining them to help. Through each encounter of foes and life-threatening fights, their bonds grow stronger and their knowledge on the religion they preach expand further, unveiling something unexpected.

Diamond Tiara invites the Cutie Mark Crusaders to her Nightmare Night party. Her house gets struck by lightning and the crusaders somehow end up in another dimension where everypony is acting strange.
This isn't a horror story or anything, the title is a reference to the Disney World ride [which also has a building get struck by lightning on Halloween. ]

The cover is probably a placeholder, I might draw an actual cover. Right now i'm using an edit i made over a year ago for a scrapped story idea i had then, but I used the same costumes for this story.

[this is my first time writing a fanfic, i usually only write scripts, but i've been wanting to get into writing fanfics. so i thought why not start with a short cheesy nightmare night story. i actually had a lot of ideas for nightmare night stories but i think this will be the only one i can actually write before halloween :(
this actually started out as a completely different idea and then turned into this, i was kinda just making everything up as i went along so it might be a bit clunky. the grammar also might be wrong because i've never written anything like this before.]

"Hey, Twilight. You’re up late.

"Yeah, I couldn’t sleep."

"Same."

It’s two in the morning and everypony in Canterlot Castle is asleep. Everypony, that is, except for Twilight and Cadence.

Plagued by nightmares about recent events, the two soon-to-be sisters join together for a cup of hot cocoa, tears and deep conversations. Brace yourself; it’s going to be a rough night.

It doesn't take Rainbow Dash long after her promotion to the upper Rainbow Factory to figure out just how tough the work really is. There's a lot to learn about weather manufacturing, a lot to learn about the culture of where she works, and a lot to learn about herself in the process. New York City: capital of the United Nations and as far removed from Ponyville as is equinely possible. For a pony unacquainted with the cities of an interstellar civilisation, getting to travel to and explore New York is a delightful (if somewhat overwhelming) experience. For Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom who are cooped up with their sisters and Princess Twilight Sparkle on a diplomatic mission, it was anything but.

Thankfully, Sweetie knows of a place where she and Apple Bloom can pass the time.
