When Twilight Sparkle accidentally casts a spell on Applejack that forces her to voice all of her thoughts, Applejack realizes that she is in danger of revealing her feelings for Rainbow Dash to the entire world. At least Rainbow Dash isn't around to hear her.

Rainbow Dash discovers that she's half earth pony. She decides to embrace this fully, much to Applejack's consternation.

Written for the fourth AppleDash contest (exploring the past, a minor character with a speaking role).

Applejack and Rainbow Dash are Canterlot High's most athletic, most competitive, and most stubborn students.
They're also the most oblivious.
Rainbow Dash is head-over-heels in love with her best friend, Applejack. Applejack has one hell of a crush on Rainbow Dash. And, naturally, neither one of them knows how the other feels.
Who knew saying 'I love you' could be so hard?
But they'll manage it in the end. And when they do, they'll go on to tackle the rest of the school year hand-in-hand, side by side. They'll laugh and cry; they'll be hurt and be healed; they'll live their life to the fullest with their best friends and encounter all sorts of surprises. They won't realize it, but their experiences - their love, their kisses, even their stupid competitions - will be documented by Pinkie Pie with her trusty camera, trying to immortalize the slow and sweet and sometimes stormy romance of her best friends.
And when she shows them her album at the end of the year, when they prepare to step out into the big wide world, Applejack and Rainbow will realize that, well...
It truly was their year.

Rainbow Dash doesn't care for love. Applejack doesn't have time.
So when a simple game goes wrong, then Dash's favourite fictional heroine's latest tale takes a turn for the romantic, why does she suddenly find herself with a rose between her teeth?

A/N: I wanted to try something entirely safe for work again, and here we are. Not completely happy with how it turned out, so sorry about that. A (hilariously belated) birthday gift for the amazing RatOfDrawn, who draws cute ponies and has a bit of an AppleDash fetish.

Applejack has brushed her mane, put a ribbon on her hat, and there's a sway in her step. Most ponies just want to know who the special pony is.

Rainbow Dash doesn't buy it. Love is mushy, and AJ isn't mushy. Love means liking somepony more than her friends, and AJ would never like another pony more than Dash. Love means missing a game of horseshoes to go tell a pony that she's in love with them, and if there is one thing Dash is sure of, it's that AJ is not going to miss that game... no matter what Applejack thinks about it.

After Rainbow's "surprise" for Applejack gets out of hoof, Applejack is left to sort out how she feels about being in love with a pegasus who likes to go too big with every darn thing she does.

The mind thinks what it shouldn't. The heart races when it shouldn't. And the eyes roam where they shouldn't. Soon enough, everything catches up to Applejack, and she wonders to herself, 'How could I be so stupid?'

Rated "Teen" for suggestive themes, alcohol use, and heavy lime. Enjoy, fellow AppleDashers! Enjoy!

“Hey RD! Come pick me up at the ’Acres at seven. We’re goin’ on a date tonight.”

“What?!”

Rainbow Dash has always dreamed of being a wonderbolt— that's all she ever wanted. Ever since she was a little filly she could have never imagined a future without the wonderbolts.

So what happens when she gets fired from the only future she sees with absolutely no way of returning? What happens when she still can't see her future any less than being a wonderbolt the rest of her life?

Simple, it crumbles down.

And Applejack is determined to fix it.

Also, I felt compelled to write this because as a frequent visitor of the Appledash group, I noticed that the number of stories (631 by the time I'm writing this) have not gone up in awhile. So I wanted to contribute my fair share because to at the very least bump the number up.

On a hillside at the edge of Sweet Apple Acres, under the stars, Applejack and Rainbow Dash face the growing feelings they've been having for each other.
