Late one night, Sunset Shimmer discovers a lonely old man sat on a park bench. He's worn, and grey. Muttering on about other worlds and places she's never heard of. She doesn't know what to make of him. All she knows is that he seems very focused on the old blue box sat across the path.

Sunset was relaxing and pondering her life as a pony in the human world. Fluttershy though this would be a great time to brush the pony-turned-human's fiery hair.

Rarity has discovered that Sunset is actually the anonymous street artist "Flanksy." This, naturally, has raised some questions: How long has Sunset been doing art? Why doesn't she want credit for it? And, perhaps most importantly, why did she let Rarity see her the next morning?

Rarity was sure she'd failed Prim Hemline in creating a suitable window display for Carousel Boutique—only to find the most beautiful of artworks in those same windows the next morning. Even more surprising: Sunset had painted and arranged them.

A most wonderful turn of events, as far as Rarity was concerned—with just one problem.

How did Sunset manage to paint the window displays of a closed boutique overnight?
