Twilight thought that her new studies at CHS would be easy compared to more rigorous things like science and mathematics. Instead, she keeps coming up short. Her mind unsettled. Unable to accept simple things. Before she gives up entirely, Sunset steps in and offers Twilight the understanding she's been looking for.

Rainbow Dash is thinking about asking out Soarin', and asks Applejack for advice on the matter. Not satisfied with AJ's advice, she is pointed toward Sunset Shimmer, since she actually did manage to get a relationship going with Flash Sentry. But after learning how, Rainbow then gets caught on a more interesting question:

No one has seen Sunset Shimmer in a week after the Fall Formal. Principal Celestia is getting worried. She doesn't really know much about Sunset Shimmer, but she is aware that she is alone in this world. When Celestia finds Sunset it is worse than she knew. Now, Celestia moves to heal the heart of the girl from another world. It is to be a difficult and hard fought battle against Sunset's own perception of self.

Can Sunset turn her life around from the downward spiral that it is in? Or is she right to believe that she is only a demon and deserves only the worst in life? Sunset's journey to forgiving herself starts with allowing her mentor's alternate into her life, but does she deserve to have the chance to disappoint two Celestias?

It's been a while since Twilight stepped foot into Canterlot High, six months in fact. And now that she's back, she's got something that will change Sunset forever.

Okay, so apparently Sunset Shimmer is now laying in a hospital bed after she had an accident. The problem here was there was nothing to do. Like, literally nothing. She had no phone, no handheld, no book, not even her friends to talk to. How is she going to pass the time? Just sit there? Actually, scratch that. That's exactly what she has to do.

When little filly Sunset Shimmer dresses as a Royal Guard for Nightmare Night, Princess Celestia gets the great idea to make Sunset her little guard for the night. Ain't nothing getting past this little filly!
