I have no idea what to say. I don't know how to react. I posted that blog expecting this to be completely out of reach, and then it turns out you're all even sweeter than I ever imagined. Not even in my wildest dreams I thougth I would make it to Bronycon, least of all like this. This goes beyond overwhelming, it's just -- it's dumbfounding.

Um... don't forget: admission, hotel, food, and you should probably allow yourself twenty dollars walking-around money. And 'hotel' is going to be pretty bad.
You may want to reopen donations for a while, just to make sure you don't sleep in the street. Because it's Baltimore and when it comes to sleeping in the street, you need a reservation or you get stuck in the really bad streets. The ones without curb service.
Looking forward to seeing you, but Estee is right. There are expenses beyond airfare to take into account. Unless you plan on just crashing in other people's hotel rooms the whole time.
For the record, I got a single and I won't have a couch.

Heck, even if you get a swanky street, don't forget the impending summer heat. It already reached 96-100F (roughly 36-38C) in recent weeks.
Good news is that there are 4 free bus routes that converge in the convention center-ish area. So you can travel pretty far for free in the 4 cardinal directions from the convention center!
For non-Baltimoreans they are the: Orange, Purple, Green, and Banner routes. Anything else like a "link" or a numbered MTA bus needs 1.80USD.

Supposedly the amount I have already should cover for that, and I'm looking into where I'm gonna sleep -- but nevertheless, you make a point, so the GFM page is reopened in case someone wants to keep chiming in. I should be able to shoulder some of the final cost myself without external help as long as it's not too high.

There's a hitch with Tir Na Nog. Sunchaser isn't organizing a dinner, and Tir Na Nog said they want a max of, I think it was maybe 35 people? The writers' dinner usually has 70. We're probably going to either have to get a hotel space and order pizza or carryout, or have 2 different dinners.

Unless you're splitting with someone, the bloody hotel runs about 600-800 dollars for a four day stay. Food, merch and other random stuff, probably about another two hundred just to be certain.
