1750613 You're welcome You write well. Possibly more impressiveley, you write Discord well (in a very unusual situation, on top of that). Like, Pinkie Pie, even the show writers have proven to have trouble writing him consistently.
I love Kilala97's pony fanart, and there's almost always a fascinating story behind them. I keep an eye out for fanfictions that involve her new generation universe. Not all of them are great.
Yeah, I really do need to stop killing her at some point in my stories, don't ?
Hmm, that was probably not the best choice of icon.
Anyway: I've been tossing around the idea of Ditzy and Dash being friends since writing From the Mouths of Fillies, and Chengar Qordath was just awesome about letting me tie things into the Winningverse which opened up a whole new variety of angles form which to tell the story. Even though there are some spoilers in Winning Pony if you look closely enough, I'm still tacking away and trying to keep things fresh in What's in a Name.
From the Mouths of Fillies took me a long time to get to a point where I was happy with it, even after publishing. Dinky's PoV was a colossal pain at times, but when it's all said and done I think it was worth the effort.
161493 Well deserved. They are both great pieces of fiction. I love this over-arching story/universe you have created surrounding Ditzy "Derpy" Doo.
For some strange reason I assumed What's in a Name would be more sadfic and/or a Derpy Rainbow shipfic, so I dismissed it to spare myself overdosing on "the feels". But after finally stumbling upon and reading The Life and Times of a Winning Pony, I revisited your stories and pounced on a chance to not only continue reading stuff from that storyline, but read more Ditzy stuff from you (with her alive, for once ).
I already read From the Mouths of Fillies some time ago, but for some strange reason I neither gave it an upvote or a fav (I realized that today). I honestly can't remember why I didn't. However, according to my own "headcannon", I was too emotionally shattered from reading that scene again from Dinky's perspective, to have any coherent thoughts left.
Looking forward to more stuff from you. Keep up the great work!
