The Father of Monsters sees that he must obtain a powerful trinket in order to defeat Twilight Sparkle and her friends. While his Legion were left to their own devices, Grogar sets out on a journey to find that artifact. However, he encounters unexpected hindrances that threaten to undermine his mission. He must figure out how to overcome them.

Note: This takes place during MLP: FIM season 9 episode 17 The Summer Sun Setback.

Scar has returned, and he is planning a way to take down King Simba and rule over all the Pride Lands. He sends his army to capture Kiara. Once they bring her to him, he sends her through a fiery portal that leads her to a world that she has never seen or been in before. Once they enter Equestria, the Lion Guard must find her before they can find a way to return to Pride Rock and defeat Scar once and for all. Little do they know the other plan Scar has in mind.

While the Decepticon lair was being destroyed by the power of the malfunctioning space bridge, Megatron and Starscream are sucked into its portal which foils Megatron’s master plan of conquering Cybertron and defeating the Autobots. However, both Decepticons arrive in a colorful world which they have never seen before. Once they discover its inhabitants and the magic it contains, Megatron sees his ultimate chance to get his revenge on his worse enemies and conquer Cybertron.

Lightning Dust returns as the leader of the Washouts. Plus, she is not alone. Seeing Scootaloo idolizing them, Rainbow Dash fears that she would no longer appreciate the Wonderbolts and do something that would endanger her. However, Autobot Sideswipe intervenes to stop Lightning and a Decepticon foe from fulfilling their evil plan. He will not back down until whatever the Decepticon is planning is foiled.

Medical Officer Ratchet gets an opportunity to have his peaceful time with the Mane 7 and Spike. However, Chrysalis returns with revenge as she creates a band of evil robotic clones to destroy both Ratchet and his pony friends. Ratchet must lead his friends to victory as they confront their returning foe.

The Legion of Doom have finally learned the spells that can activate Grogar’s Bell. As they seek to absorb its great magical power, they experience a whole series of unexpected events that completely frustrates them and nearly drives them insane. It is a day that they did not expect to happen.

Sunset Shimmer has finally gotten Twilight’s crown which has given her magical powers. With the support of her new army and the aide of Queen Chrysalis and her changelings, she seeks vengeance on Princess Celestia and her friends. Having all these new powers at her disposal, Sunset plans to conquer all of Equestria. Celestia has to decide how to defeat her treacherous student.

Only this time, he commits his chaotic crimes in the land of Equestria. During the process, he again draws Batman to cross a thin line between a vigilante and a hero. Will Equestria be saved from its utter ruin? Will the Joker win? Will Batman’s spirit be broken with greater pain? How will the Mane Six save Equestria and help their friend this time?

Batman hunts for one of his feared enemies so he could bring him to justice in Gotham City. However, he enters a place that unexpectedly transports him in an unknown world of which he has no clue what it is. While he struggles to complete his mission, an evil rises up in Equestria that would require not only his tactics, strength, and resources but also the assistance of the ponies. How will the Dark Knight react to them for who they are? Will they accept this dark being who is somewhat unlike them? Will they understand him? The more the Caped Crusader associates with them, the more he’ll realize that it will be like Gotham all over again.
