A very sexy story! The slow breaking of Daring Do was exquisitely done, and I strongly suspect that she'll eventually come back of her own accord...maybe bringing some other hapless mares with her?
My one criticism is that at no point was her ass played with (spankings notwithstanding). A bit of a missed opportunity to further her degradation and involuntary arousal there.

Loved the story, specially the way you built the temple setting, with the submission based worship, the statues, the magical restraints, the trials and their room descriptions.
Feels like a lot could be added to the theme if you decided on a continuation. Like for example a still alive cult, a living avatar of whatever ancient god they worshipped roaming the halls, a different path of devotion in the temple for more permanent types of restraints.

Speaking of those options, I dont know how far you would be willing to go with piercing use or permanent bondage in general, but there are a few heavy fetish Zecora images drawn by superderpybot that were posted on derpibooru recently, which could give you some ideas on that part.
Just something I wanted to suggest, mostly because they have a somewhat tribal look to them, and they got done right around when you released a tribal themed submission/bondage story.
Loved it. Particularly enjoyed the escalation, how each step brought Daring closer to her submission, and how you didn't rush but detailed each step. The grate showing her freedom but denying it was a nice touch. That clit piercing is devilish and her deciding to keep it at the end as a symbol of her change - Good(?) End?
Also it was really, really, hot.
Agree with the other commenters that a sequel would be most welcome!
