Could you perhaps explain why he has diabetes?

He probably got it form eating too much sugar. Pony land has loads of it. Might have just been pre diabetic.

I must say that this tale was a real treat, even when looking past the clop (which it is) and Anon (eye roll)
Twilight was dead on, in my opinion. Anon is just...dead.
Ember is still my favorite waifu, no doubt about it.
Of course, this is merely a clopfic, and the whole point is just silly. Still, a good job of tale-telling.

Another nugget of comedy gold. A bit unexpected for a niche fetish contest, but a welcomed surprise all the same.
