Since Minuette was the one who placed the collar on Bezou, does that mean she is Minuette's slave?

The best part of this story was the use of a side character in Minuette. She hardly ever gets attention as a major character for a story, even as cute as she is! I give you five moustaches:

Also, what's the chance Benzou might have included a fail safe into the collar, maybe one that only activates after a certain time to make sure her wannabe-master is off-guard?
That would lead to two interesting possibilities:
She might regain her senses and gets her (most likely very lewd) revenge!I mean she might have a potion/spell capable of transforming him into a mare...
Or she regains her senses, but decides she likes how things went and simply goes along with it (with minor adjustments).
